    Wir nutzen die Anker im Wohnmobil um unseren Kaffeevollautomat (Tchibo esperto Mini) zu betreiben wenn wir auf Campingplätzen stehen die zu gering abgesichert sind, mit z.b. nur 6 Ampere. Funktioniert einwandfrei und auch das Aufladen mit dem 200 Watt Solarpanel ist SUPER!Und alles in allem günstiger und leichter als eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach des Wohnmobils

    Die Anker Solix C1000 ist technisch eine hervorragende tragbare Powerstation. Leistung, Verarbeitung und Bedienung überzeugen auf ganzer Linie. Wäre da nicht der Kundenservice, hätte dieses Produkt von mir die volle Punktzahl erhalten.Unser Set wurde am 13.05.2026 geliefert. Bereits einen Tag später, am 14.05.2026, war das Solarpanel defekt. Seit diesem Tag befinden wir uns im ständigen Kontakt mit dem Support. Statt einer schnellen und kundenorientierten Lösung wurden wir jedoch immer wieder vertröstet.Erst am 08.06.2026 wurde das defekte Solarpanel durch eine Spedition abgeholt. Seitdem warten wir weiterhin auf eine konkrete Lösung oder einen Ersatz. Für einen Garantiefall, der unmittelbar nach der Lieferung aufgetreten ist, empfinde ich die Bearbeitungszeit als völlig unangemessen.Die Powerstation selbst ist so gut, dass wir das gesamte Set nicht direkt zurückgeschickt haben. Dennoch sollte Anker dringend an seinem Kundenservice und der Reklamationsabwicklung arbeiten. Ein hochwertiges Produkt allein reicht nicht aus, wenn Kunden im Problemfall wochenlang auf eine Lösung warten müssen.

    Gestern kam das Solarpanel ohne die Anker Solix C1000. Somit kann ich noch keine abschließende Bewertung abgeben. Wenn alles zusammen ist mehr davon. Funktioniert in combi alles super. Gute Sonnenauslastung, passt top zu meinem campervan. Hält die Batterie stabil bei Nutzung von Kühlschrank, Licht und Steckdosen.
