Kleines Trainingsgerät, das mehr fordert als erwartet
Der Pilates-Ring sieht erst einmal unspektakulär aus, bringt aber erstaunlich schnell Spannung in die Übungen. Gerade für Beine, Beckenboden, Arme und Core lässt er sich vielseitig einsetzen. Man braucht nicht viel Platz und kann ihn gut für kurze Trainingseinheiten zu Hause nutzen.Der Widerstand ist angenehm gewählt. Nicht so leicht, dass man kaum etwas merkt, aber auch nicht so hart, dass die Übungen sofort frustrierend werden. Die gepolsterten Griffe sind wichtig, weil man den Ring je nach Übung zwischen Händen, Knien oder Oberschenkeln hält. Das fühlt sich ordentlich an und rutscht nicht ständig weg.Für Anfänger ist der Ring gut geeignet, weil man viele einfache Übungen damit machen kann. Gleichzeitig bleibt er auch interessant, wenn man schon etwas trainierter ist, weil man die Intensität über Haltung und Dauer gut steuern kann. Schön ist auch, dass er kaum Platz wegnimmt und nach dem Training einfach in die Ecke gelegt werden kann.Für mich ein sinnvolles kleines Fitnessgerät, besonders wenn man ohne große Geräte etwas für Stabilität, Körperspannung und gezielte Muskelarbeit machen möchte.

Solider Pilates-Ring mit kleinen Verarbeitungsmängeln
Der Pilates-Ring erfüllt grundsätzlich seinen Zweck und eignet sich gut für Übungen zu Hause. Er ist angenehm leicht, bietet einen guten Widerstand und lässt sich vielseitig für Beine, Arme und Rumpf einsetzen.Leider gibt es bei der Verarbeitung Schwächen. Besonders an den Griffen wirkt die Verarbeitung etwas unsauber. Zudem konnte ich bereits beim ersten Gebrauch Kleberreste bzw. Kleber unter dem Griffpolster spüren, was den ansonsten guten Eindruck etwas trübt. Das beeinträchtigt zwar die Funktion nicht direkt, fühlt sich aber nicht besonders hochwertig an.Für gelegentliches Training durchaus nutzbar, bei der Qualitätskontrolle hätte ich mir jedoch etwas mehr Sorgfalt gewünscht.
