    Directions For full lips open the Duck Plump Plumping Lip Liner from NYX Professional Makeup in seconds and apply to the lips. To trace the lip contours with fine and precise lines, use the narrow side of the beveled tips. For this purpose, attach the lip liner first to the upper lip, on the so-called cupid bow. For the perfect shading and filling of the lips, use the flat side. The lip liner is mechanically rotatable and can be used without a sharpener.
