Je suis satisfait de cet ensemble d'accessoires pour enfant, composé d'une cravate et d'un nœud papillon coordonnés qui s'avère particulièrement fonctionnel pour les événements formels. Nice satin finish, but the bow tie just wouldn’t stay straight
I ordered this set for my 7-year-old son to wear to a wedding event. In the end, we decided not to use the matching necktie as the bow tie suited his outfit much better.First impressions were good. The satin fabric has a lovely shine and the color looked smart with his navy suit. The overall appearance was elegant, although I do think the bow tie looks a little smaller in real life than it does in the listing. It’s also slightly bulky.The biggest disappointment was how it sat around the neck. We had it on one of the tightest settings, and although the adjustability was good enough to fit, the elastic strap isn’t quite sturdy enough to support the weight of the bow tie. Throughout the day it kept twisting, leaning forwards or sitting wonky. Looking back through our wedding photos, I’d say around 95% of them show the bow tie out of position, which is such a shame as it spoiled an otherwise lovely outfit.The quality of the satin itself is perfectly acceptable for the price, but the neck strap really lets it down. I can’t comment on the matching necktie as we didn’t wear it, but it looked well made.At £3.39 when I ordered it (£3.99 at the time of writing), the value for money is reasonable, and I suppose you do get what you pay for. I also can’t really comment on the durability after just one occasion, but the stitching and fabric both held up fine during the event.If you’re planning to wear the necktie, this set may still be worth considering. However, if you’re buying it mainly for the bow tie, I’d personally look for one with a sturdier neck strap. I’d have given it 2½ stars if Amazon allowed half stars, so I’ve rounded it up to 3.
