Getting ready for hunting season in Finland.this food is good one for Finnish Sptiz and Jämpthund.my dogs accepted this food and it has good level of energy and size for both medium and large dogs.food size is small but my bigger dog use to have small treats and can enjoy this food as well.
Gute Qualität zum guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Unser Hund (Rüde, Ende 2013 1,5 Jahre alt, 20kg, sehr drahtig) bekommt seit Juli Eukanuba Adult Normale Aktivität, nachdem er vorher von Bosch das Welpenfutter erhalten hat.Mit der Marke selbst beschäftige ich mich schon seit Jahre, auch durch die Arbeit im Tierheim. Daher habe ich mich gegen Bosch und Royal-Canin entschieden (für mich die "Hauptkonkurrenten").Unser Hund frisst von je her Trockenfutter, was ich auch wesentlich besser finde, als das Dosenfutter.Zu dem Eukanuba:Die Umstellung dauerte ca. 10 Tage. Wir habe zu seinem Welpenfutter langsam Eukanuba bei gemischt und die Menge langsam erhöht. Von dem Welpenfutter hat er am Tag ca. 300-320g bekommen. Das Futter war zwar günstiger in der Packung, jedoch hat Eukanuba einen höheren Nährwert pro 100g, sodass unser kleiner jetzt nur noch ca. 220-230g am Tag (2 x je die hälfte) gefüttert bekommt. Dadurch ist Eukanuba letztendlich gleich-"teuer" und kostet uns ca. 1 € am Tag. Die Umstellung verlief total problemlos. Kein Durchfall, kein verstärkter Haarausfall, kein stumpfes Fell oder was man sonst so je nach Hund manchmal befürchten muss. Keine besonderen Vorkommnisse. Unser Hund frisst das Futter sehr gern, was jedoch nicht unbedingt an Eukanuba liegen muss - der kleine frisst alles gern :)Am Anfang hatten wir nur so 200-210g gefüttert, jedoch wurde dadurch unser eh schon sehr drahtiger Hund sehr dünn. Deswegen haben wir die Menge erhöht.Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Darmwinde gegenüber Bosch sehr abgenommen haben und der Hund wegen dem Futter nicht mehr regelmäßig pupst. Wenn, dann liegt das eher an den ein oder anderen Leckerchen. Die Häufchen hauen einen auch nicht mehr um. Schön ist natürlich anders - aber so ist das nunmal. Jedoch wurde der Geruch quasi auf das kleinstmögliche Übel begrenzt. Auch hatte er vor der Futterumstellung relativ viel Fell verloren, was jetzt stark abgenommen hat und das Fell, was jetzt so durch die Gegend fliegt, liegt absolut im üblichen. Zudem glänzt das Fell sehr gut und die Haut ist auch nicht übermäßig trocken oder fettig - halt normal - genauso, wie man es sich wünscht.An dem Futter gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Preis ist auch völlig okay (1 € pro Tag bei uns!) und das Amazon das mittlerweile auch regelmäßig ins Haus liefert, ist umso besser. Ich kann die Marke nur empfehlen, auch wenn es natürlich immer wieder Hunde geben wird, die das Futter nicht vertragen. Der größte Teil kommt damit jedoch gut zurecht.
Wie gewohnt sehr gutes vollwertiges Futter
Eines der besten Hundefutter überhaupt aber, der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis mehr.Wer einen großen Hund hat für den wird es richtig teuer.Dreißig Euro wären theoretisch mehr als teuer genug für 15 Kilo Hundefutter.
Glücklich und gesund
Dieses Trockenfutter bekommt mein Hund schon seit vielen Jahren. Ihm schmeckt es sehr gut! Seine Zähne, das Fell und der allgemeine Gesundheitszustand werden bei jedem jährlichen Tierarztbesuch gelobt.

Dem Hund schmeckt es
Lieber würde ich barfen, aber zur Zeit geht es halt nicht. Leider.Die Umstellung auf Eukanuba lief ohne Probleme. Mir scheint, daß sie das Futter gut verträgt, die Kotmenge ist kleiner als bei zwei anderen Trockenfutter Sorten. Und sie frisst es lieber.Also bleiben wir jetzt erstmal dabei.
