Ich habe den Body für eine Bauch OP gekauft. Finde ihn grundsätzlich super, der reißverschluss ist sehr leichtgängig, allerdings ist es manchmal etwas schwierig ihn zu schließen, da er von hinten nach vorne geschlossen werden muss und vorne immer runter fällt. Da wäre ein haken oder druckknopf super.Wenn jetzt noch unten so eine art "klappe" wäre, die man fürs gassi gehen wegklappen könnte, wäre es noch besser, da ich ihn aktuell natürlich immer ausziehen muss. Bin aber trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Passt gut, die beine habe ich etwas hochgekrempelt.
Nach Kastration einen Rüden ungeeignet....
Sah auf den Bildern wirklich gut aus, jedoch für einen Rüden nach der Kastration vollkommen ungeeignet. Da er hinten viel zu weit ausgeschnitten ist, da nutzen dann auch die Beine nichts, da der Hund von hinten an die Wunde ran kommt zum lecken.Für andere OP evtl geeignet. Material ist allerdings sehr weich, da hätte ich auch Bedenken, dass er sich leicht verzieht.Das Anziehen gestaltet sich schwierig, da der Reißverschluss von hinten nach vorne geschlossen wird und immer wieder aufläuft wenn man den Body vorne hochziehen will.Allerdings ist er recht weit geschnitten, so dass man ihn definitv ausziehen müsste wenn der Hund sich lösen soll, denn sonst landet alles im Body. Mein Schäferhund ist wirklich nicht zierlich und selbst ihm ist er viel zu weit.

Vom Prinzip her ist der Hundebody gut. Das Material verliert aber schnell seine Festigkeit und leiert aus bzw. wird größer. Wir haben ein Band durchgezogen bei dem Einstieg durch die Vorderpfoten und dann auf dem Rücken mit einer Schleife festgezogen.

leider bei zwei aufeinander folgenden Größen zu großer Unterschied in der Passform bei meinem Hund
Alles in allem hat der Body seinen Zweck erfüllt, ich habe einen Stern abgezogen, da ich zwei aufeinander folgende Größen bestellt hatte und die eine sehr groß und die andere dafür sehr knapp ausfiel. zunächst saß die kleinere Größe „perfekt anliegend“ Da ich einen großen Hund mit tiefem Brustkorb habe, dehnte sich der Halsbereich entsprechend auf und saß auf der Schulter stramm bei jedem Lagerungswechsel, das hab ich als nicht optimal angesehen zumal es dem Hund unangenehm war. Es ist an sich dehnbar, aber dann im Halsbereich zu stark, dass er nach hinten rutschen kann und unbequem wird. Ich hoffe man versteht, was ich damit ausdrücken möchte. Da ich den Hundebodyfür eine Oberschenkelwunde benötigte, vielen die „normalen“ Bodies leider raus! Ich denke bei uns war das Problem der muskuläre und tiefe Brustkorb (Boxer), ansonsten war der Body vom Tragegefühl sehr angenehm und elastisch. wie gesagt im Halsbereich dann zu elastisch, dass er nicht an seinem vorgesehenen Bereich blieb.

Originally ordered size M for my springer spaniel bitch, under 15kg and it was too small. I couldn’t measure her at the time of ordering as she was in the vets overnight after a cruciate ligament operation and they advised one of these suits.I had to return, very easy to do this and money was back in my account later the same day, thank you!I reordered XXL and when this arrived it is a little too big but kept it as it will stop her from licking her back right leg, she’s happy to have it on and can move and lie down without restrictions. I haven’t cut out underneath for toilet visits, it’s easy enough to take off and put back on. So far it’s been perfect but at night as extra precaution we put on her head cone. I have to roll the legs up a little but that hasn’t been a problem. I had to wash and it washed fine. Will be perfect for the length of time she needs it. The fabric is ok, not very stretchy but feels substantial and it’s soft so no rubbing. I was so anxious after her op to keep her from licking but this has definitely been the right thing to buy. The vets told me to buy a size M but be aware do measure your dog as M for my springer was far too small.
You don't always get what you pay for!
Don’t waste your money. The sizing is completely inconsistent — the legs are ridiculously long, the body is far too short, and the neck hole is far too wide. The medium was far too small (it might fit a cat), and having to consider an XL for a small working cocker spaniel is ridiculous. Even the large ones didn’t fit properly. The zip is also poor quality and keeps coming undone. On top of that, whether you have a male or female dog, you’ll still need to cut it just so they can go to the toilet with some dignity. Overall, very disappointing, overpriced rubbish.
