    It's not the greatest mascara. If I put it on my bottom eyelashes it smudges so I only use it on the top. The eyelashes clump a little but not horrible.

    Not sealed in tamper resistant packaging...very disappointed

    May be just me, bit, I was afraid to use this mascara because it was not tamper-proof sealed...I threw it away...it is so cheap because of the poor packaging...should be sealed under tamper proof plastic like Maybelline, Cover Girl and other drugstore brands...
