It’s the best eyeliner I ever used. It’s far better than the expensive bobbybrown pot which dries up so fast, or Chanel crayon which smudge af, or Dior so called waterproof eyeliner which not only dry up in a month but also give me panda eyes...Here are the reasons:This maybellin budget eyeliner (I bought the very beautiful brown one with a little bit shimmer in it) is sooooo of good quality. It does not smudge a whole day long (that’s my primary requirement). It’s very pigmented, the texture is soft but easy to apply. Very convenient to put in the bag.Im very happy with the purchase. I do recommend it, and I will def buy again.
