    More Silver Mountain Water Than Silver Mountain Water?

    I own a bottle of Creed's SMW and love the scent but only wear it on "Special occasions" as it's so darn expensive!Now I stumbled across AWD and most reviewers say it smells akin to SMW.Well for £39 for 100ml I figured I would take a stab and blind buy this..Wow this fragrance is most definitely Creed's SMW, in fact I conducted a test, I got 2 pieces of the same fabrics and sprayed one with SMW and one with AWD.On the opening, SWM smells creamier and thicker where as AWD has a kind of Lynx like effect (Not very nice)However, give it 2 minutes and this is where AWD really shines, it dries down to a smell which is 95% of SMW.I say only 95% as the creaminess that is from the Ambergris really does shine in SMW but is not present in AWD.In terms of performance, Al Wisam Day smashes the show, 3 - 4 sprays makes for a very strong fragrance on me where as SMW I would put near 6 sprays to get the longevity.If you are a SMW fan - BUY this, you will not be disappointed and for the price.. how can you be?

    Perfume con carácter fresco y elegante. Su estela se asienta sobre una base de madera de oud y musgo de roble que perdura, mientras un delicado toque de rosa y sándalo aporta calidez y equilibrio. En clima cálido, el sillage se muestra potente durante las primeras tres horas, para luego suavizarse a notas a ras de piel durante unas cinco horas más; sobre la ropa, su presencia se mantiene todo el día. No es el perfume más duradero del mercado, pero esto no resta valor: es una incorporación versátil y de gran calidad-precio para quien busque enriquecer su colección. Perfecto para el trabajo, salidas informales o para mantener esa sensación de frescura tras la ducha. De igual forma si estas considerando en hacer esté tu primer perfume árabe es una buena compra a ciegas.Calificación: 10/10 (calidad‑precio).
