Ho ordinato una taglia grande da bimbo, nonostante fosse l ultima rimasta. Il venditore mi ha contattato dopo poche ore dicendomi che purtroppo non era più disponibile, e mi ha proposto il rimborso totale, o una taglia piccola da adulto, di stesse misure, allo stesso prezzo nonostante costasse una ventina d euro in più, per scusarsi dell inconveniente. La taglia S era perfetta per ragazzo di 14-15 anni, la consegna in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Contentissima

Ricevuto nei tempi indicati non era la taglia corretta bensì più piccolo.Indicato immediatamente per mail mi vedevo rispondere con una domanda: "che taglia hai ricevuto?"Specificato la taglia errata ricevuta e quella corretta da ricevere chiedevo se fosse possibile e in quale maniera poter fare la sostituzione prima del Natale.Ad oggi a quella mail non ho ancora ricevuto risposta.Ritengo quindi doveroso segnalarlo per far si che altri clienti non incorrano nello stesso problema che mi ha procurato un danno; infatti ho dovuto andare a comprare la tuta della taglia corretta in un negozio tenendo a casa quella con la taglia errata che al momento resta inutilizzata.
