    日本刀のような優美な紋様のある菜切り包丁です。MIYABIのエントリーモデルと言いながら、なかなか重厚な作りです。重さは190gあり、重量のバランスが良いで持ちやすいです。早速キャベツの千切りを作ってみましたが、サクサク切れます。キュウリや大根、ジャガイモもサクサクです。良く切れて使いやすい包丁なので、使い続けたいと思います。
