GPS-Problem im Octavia 5E behoben
Ich habe die Eightwood GPS Antenne Fakra C in meinem Skoda Octavia 5E verbaut. Hintergrund war das bekannte Problem, dass die Navigation meinen Standort völlig falsch angezeigt hat und keine Satelliten gefunden wurden.Nach dem Einbau der Antenne funktioniert das Navi wieder einwandfrei. Der GPS-Fix kommt schnell und die Position wird korrekt angezeigt. Die Antenne passt plug & play, der Einbau war unkompliziert und die Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck.Für alle, die das typische GPS-Problem im Octavia 5E haben: klare Kaufempfehlung. Preis-Leistung passt absolut.

Funktioniert toll
Habe diese Antenne bereits 2019 schon einmal gekauft. Bei meinem Skoda Superb mit Columbus Navi ist damals der GPS Empfang ausgefallen. Damals habe ich die Original GPS Antenne einfach abgesteckt, neue GPS Antenne angesteckt, die Antenne direkt auf das Columus Navi geklebt und es hat super für 3 Jahre bis zum Verkauf funktioniert.Bei meinem neuen Superb habe ich einen Wackelkontakt beim GPS Empfang und werde versuchen das Problem mit der neuen GPS Antenne gleich zu lösen. Halte mir die Daumen....
Seit fast fünf Jahren immer noch in Nutzung
Der Bluetooth Adapter ist seit fast fünf Jahren in unserem Ford Fiesta eingebaut und wir sind immer noch zu Frieden. Einmal an das Smartphone gekoppelt, kann man sich auch in älteren Autos Musik, Podcasts etc. anhören. Was lediglich stört, ist dass die original Bluetooth Freisprecheinrichtung nicht mehr funktioniert.

Noch kein Langzeittest aber bei der Probefahrt hat alles wunderbar geklappt so wie vorher mit der Dachantenne.Die neue sitzt jetzt hinter dem Handschuhfach ziemlich weit oben unterm Armaturenbrett .

Leider kein Erfolg im Auto
Die Antenne machte äußerlich einen soliden Eindruck, ließ sich einfach anschließen und die Kabellänge war absolut ausreichend. Leider funktionierte sie in meinem Auto nicht wie erwartet – es kam kein GPS-Signal zustande. Ob es am Produkt selbst oder an einem technischen Problem im Fahrzeug liegt, kann ich nicht genau sagen.

Levering was snel binnen 2 dagen had ik het en ik had een probleem met mijn R-link evolution radio in mijn clio rs kost me veel geld voor de antenne te vervangen omdat de antenne die in de dashboard zat dus ik dacht ik waag me een 10tje en ik ga proberen zelf op te lossen en ja hoor werkte gelijk en mijn carplay die ik had geprogrammeerd werkt ook gelijk daarvoor deed hij niet omdat er geen tijd en gps was

Update: Purchased in May 2019 and still working Dec 2020The GPS Fakra Antenna is working for my 2016 Alfa Romeo MiTo on a manufacturer stereo which I purchased 2nd hand. The item description never listed Alfa Romeo but I was hoping it would work and luckily it does for my car model!The original Alfa Romeo bluetooth stereo inbuilt on my car did not have navigation and I was told by my mechanic there is noway to get the navigation on the Alfa Romeo stereo I purchased to work, so he said I should buy a sat nav or use my smartphone. I was then told about a car electrician/mechanic who could get the navigation working on the steteo but it would have cost me hundreds of pounds. Therefore, not only is the GPS Fakra Antenna a great solution but it also saved me hundreds of pounds!
