    Zusammengeschmolzen aber schnelle Entschädigung

    Pralinen an sich sind sehr lecker, leider sind diese innerhalb der Dose geschmolzen und zu einer großen Pralinenmasse geworden…Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man die Masse schwer aus der Dose bekommt und dann die Tüte aufschneiden muss. Sind wohl auf dem Weg zu mir oder im Lager mal richtig warm geworden und geschmolzen. Schade!Nachtrag:Ich hab als Entschädigung eine neue Dose bekommen :) zum Glück auch ungeschmolzen. Danke für den netten Kundenservice!Da man mir schnell geholfen hat, die Pralinen sehr lecker sind und das scheinbar nur eine Ausnahme war gibt es jetzt doch 5 Sterne!

    Also ich weiß nicht, wie das Produkt so eine positive Bewertung bekommen hat. Die Pralinen sahen fürchterlich aus. Für über 20€ ist das viel zu teuer.
