    Ohrfreundliches Produkt

    Das Produkt ist einfach aufgebaut, Öl, um vorzuarbeiten und eine Spritze, die mit warmen Wassrr zu befüllen ist. Aber diese Kombination ist äußerst wirkungsvoll. Die auswechselbare Gummispitze der Spritze ist sehr durchdacht und ohrenschonend konstruiert. Die Flüssigkeit, die ich vorher nicht aus den Ohren herausbekam - wahrscheinlich beim Duschen zurückgeblieben - war nach der Anwendung mit der Spritze verschwunden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

    The device, in combination with the medical grade ear oil, is quite effective in cleaning ear wax. Despite my skeptism on flushing water into the ears, it worked very well with my kids and husband. Softening the ear wax with olive oil some days prior to cleaning was very necessary (and you could see the ear wax begining to melt out). however, you had to flush a few times to get the ear clean, especially depending on the extend of wax build up and the texture of the wax. For my husband, we were pleasantly surprised at the particles of accumulated wax popping out. With more and harder textured wax in the ear, water also tends to get stuck in the ear after the flushing exercise, even after leaving the head/ear down for a long time. So there is need to be careful. It would also have been good to know how often such clearning could ideally be done, as it's quite a process softening the wax and flushing and then wax builds up again after another one week :). Overall, despite my initial skeptism, after trying many other methods of ear cleaning, I was pleasantly positively surprised at how effective this syringe devise was. the device is definitey worth the investment.

    Kurz gesagt, es funktioniert. Nicht unangenehm und sehr effizient. Sollte jeder mal von Zeit zu Zeit anwenden. Kann es als regelmäßiger Schwimmer nur empfehlen.

    Ohne Erfolg und recht Teuer

    Ich habe mir den Ohrenreiniger von Medi Grade gekauft, da ich seit einiger Zeit ein störendes Knacken im Ohr hatte und hoffte, das Problem damit selbst lösen zu können (Nach Absprache mit meinem Hausarzt).​Die Anwendung:Positiv anzumerken ist Zubehör welches dabei ist. Die Vorrichtungen (die Pipette oder die Dosierhilfe) machen die Anwendung sehr einfach und wenn man sich nicht anstellt sauber hin. Man kann das Öl einfach einträufeln, ohne dass die Hälfte daneben geht. Das Produkt wirkt insgesamt dahingehend recht hochwertig.​Das Ergebnis:Leider muss ich sagen, dass es bei meinem Problem (dem Knacken im Ohr) überhaupt nichts gebracht hat. Das Gefühl im Ohr blieb unverändert.​Kritikpunkt Preis-Leistung:Wenn man sich die Inhaltsstoffe ansieht, stellt man fest, dass man im Grunde auch ganz normales Olivenöl hätte nehmen können. Die medizinische Wirkung ist bei diesem Produkt nicht anders als bei einem hochwertigen Speiseöl aus der Küche.Das Öl hier ist dahingehend "lediglich" mehrere Male gefiltert und ist natürlich Sauberer als normales Oliven Speiseöl, ein Hochwertiges sollte jedoch qualitativ ähnlich sein und dafür finde ich das Mengen / Preis Verhältnis ziemlich schwierig...​Fazit:Wer Wert auf die praktischen Anwendung legt, findet hier ein solides Set. Da der Preis für ein bisschen Öl in einer schicken Flasche recht hoch ist und mein Problem nicht gelöst wurde, gibt es von mir "nur" 3 Sterne.

    Mit Öl, ohne Öl, gar nichts funktioniert. Eine Spritze halt mit weichen Einsätzen, mehr nicht. Was man mit dem Öl erreichen soll, keine Ahnung.

    Ich hatte gedacht meine Ohren seien verstopft und ich hatte sie aber schon befreit bevor dieses Set bestellt wurde. Trotzdem kaufte ich dieses Set um es auszuprobieren und sicher zu sein.Im Prinzip weicht man sein Ohrenschmalz mit dem Extra Virgin mitgeliefertem Olivenoel auf [Das koennte man wesentlich billiger bekommen, aber der Mehrpreis im Set war praktisch der Gleiche als nur die Spritze mit den Duesenaufsetzen].Wenn das Ohrschmalz aufgeweicht ist, kann man es mit lukwarmen Wasser in der Spritze und einem der Duesenaufsetze (ich nahm die Rote, weil die Wasser/Schmalz Rueckfuehroeffnumgen am groessten erschienen) das Ohrenscmalz ausspuelen.Die beigelegten Anweisungen auf so vielen Sprachen sind genauso nutzlos als keine Anweisungen. Es waere gut sie auf irgendeine Sprache, English, lesbar zu schreiben. Das ist kompletter Schwachsinn alle Sprachen Europas in mikrometer Groesse zu drucken. Denn am Ende musste ich es selber testen statt "Mickometergedruckte Anweisungen" zu entlarven.1) Einen Tropfer voll mit Extra Virgin Olivenoel in jedes Ohr (Oel angenehm warm haben)2) Einwirken lassen (ich hatte es nur wenige Minuten einwirken lassen und weiter gemacht mit 3), aber es kommt wohl auf das jeweilige Problem an - man kann ja mehrmals machen und mehr Zeit zulassen wenn das Problem etwas hartnaeckiger ist)3) Lukwarmes Wasser ins Waschbecken, die Spritze saubermachen und mit der zu benutzenden Duese (Rot, Gelb, Blau...ich seh keinen Unterschied....vielleicht die Oeffnungen wo das Spritzwasser entweicht)? Ich nutzte nur die Rote, weil diese die groessten Rueckfuehr-Oeffnungen hatte von meiner optischen Betrachtung.) in dem man das Wasser in die Spritze einsaugt und es rausspritzt (Da sind 4 oder 5 Spritzoeffnungen an der Duese wo das Wasser in das Ohr eingespritzt wird und weiter open sichtbare groessere Rueckfuehroeffnungen damit das wasser entweichen kann ...mit geloestem Ohrschmalz). Das Wasser ablaufen lassen und Waschbecken mit neuem sauberem lukwarmen Wasser wieder auffuellen.4) Mit dem sauberen lukwarmen Wasser saugen sie das lukwarme Wasser in ihre Spritze mit der roten Aufsatzduese.5) Langsam und weiter das Wasser sanft in ihr Ohr spritzen.Bei mir kam nichts raus vom Sehen her aber meine Ohren waren schon sauber. Ich konnte aber fuehlen das meine Ohren sauberer waren.Ich habe es either nochmals wiederholt (zwei Tage spaeter) und es fuehlt sich sehr angenehm an. Ich werde diese Methode regelmaessig anwenden, vielleicht einmal die Woche oder jede Andere. Fuer mich waren die 10 Euro das wert, aber ich werde die Tropferflasche mit meinem eigenen Extra Virgin Bio Olivenoel nachfuellen. Die Spritze mit Aufsatz ist keine 2 Euro wert but hey, es resolviert Ohrenprobleme. Versuchen sie das mit ihrem Arzt....

    Let me tell you - WOW!I've had a plugged up ear causing pain and the doctor couldn't see me for weeks. I thought why not give this a whirl, and it worked amazingly. So, this $7 just saved me hundreds of dollars.The tips on the syringe squirter water to the sides of the ear canal and not directly into it (which is what you want). We could NOT believe the amount of wax that came out of that ear. Not gonna lie - it was gross. Have no idea what caused that as I don't put qtips in my ears.You'll have to flush a couple of times (we had to do 3) and the immediate relief when that wax came out cannot be explained.Pro tip - put softening drops in your ears a couple times a day for 2 to 3 days before using the flush method.
