I like the quality and fit of these pants. But they’re more like flares instead of bootcut. I’m keeping them because I like flares. I ordered long just in case they were short, but they’re too long for me. I hemmed them up about 2 inches.

I wouldn't call these jeggings, since there is really no jean material to them. To me these are really just slightly-thicker leggings. They're slightly higher rise than I was hoping for. Super stretchy and comfortable but not really what I was expecting based on their description.
