    es lamentable, que por culpa de una mala descripción del producto (se indica que no incluye el aplicador y al recibir el producto sí lo incluye) tenga que devolver un pedido posterior (realizado para adquirir el aplicador que supuestamente no venía) y que encima me cobre Amazón por la devolución, siendo un problema ocasionado por una descripción errónea del producto, totalmente ajeno al cliente. Lamentable y vergonzoso. Ya no se trata del importe, es por concepto y que nadie asume sus errores, todo lo contrario, el coste es siempre para el cliente.
