For two dachshunds...
It is big enough for my 2 dacshs to lie on comfortably on (7kg each). However, it was a little too high for them, about 15 cm off the ground, but just at their nose level, and I know that it would have been backaches if they constantly go on ann off. So all we had to do was to remove 8cm from the "foot" side, we could even save the rubber pads, back on, and now it is perfect. Easy to assemble. Very happy with it. It will keep them off the "fake grass" on the terrasse and they will dry faster after a swim in the pool...

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Bit noisy during use though as the bed stretches & squeaks under the weight of the dog.

Die liege ist sehr stabil und verarbeitet
Mein bester Kauf seit langem
Wir haben die Hundeliege eigentlich "zum Test" gekauft, da unsere Hündin super gerne draußen ist. Bereits im Februar wenn die ersten Sonnenstrahlen unseren Garten erreichen, möchte sie raus- und da beginnt die Misere. Der Boden ist zu kalt um draußen zu liegen, der Hund will trotzdem raus und dann ist ständig die Balkontüre auf und sie läuft nervös hin und her, weil sie gerne draußen liegen würde aber nicht auf kaltem Boden.Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass unser Hund auf die Liege geht, weshalb ich nach einem billigen Modell gesucht habe, um es zu versuchen. Auch habe ich gedacht. dass solche Liegen der Witterung ausgesetzt schnell kaputt gehen und wollte keine 100 Euro dafür ausgeben.Was soll ich sagen? Seit ca. März ist die Liege bei uns. Die Montage war zu zweit ok, alleine jedoch etwas schwierig. Es gibt leider keine Unterlegscheiben beim Verschrauben der Gestänge, das würde deutlich besser sein, da man die Schrauben alle paar Monate nachziehen sollte: sie lockern sich immer ein wenig, wenn der Hund viel drauf liegt.Allerdings für uns trotzdem 5 Sterne:- Preis-Leistung könnte hier echt nicht besser sein: kein Rost, kein Vergilben obwohl bereits seit 4/5 Monaten dauerhaft draußen und der Witterung ausgesetzt.- Komfort sehr gut: Unsere Hündin kommt gar nicht mehr ins Haus, schläft auch nachts lieber draußen auf der Liege. Sogar unser Rüde, der sonst nie in den Garten will (können wir uns auch nicht erklären) wurde von der schönen Liege raus gelockt und beim Nickerchen erwischt.Auch die Kinder unserer Freunde kuscheln sich zu den Hunden auf die Liege, daher auch Stabil für größere Hunde.Optisch ist die Liege auch schön. Wir legen meistens eine Decke oder ein Kissen noch dazu, da unsere Hündin ne kleine Diwa ist und gerne kuschelig liegt.Glaube die Bilder sagen alles.Wer das mal versuchen will, klare Kaufempfehlung. Die Liege ist täglich im Gebrauch, wenn man die Schrauben ab und zu nachzieht echt auch stabil. Man sollte sie nur nicht allzu oft durch die Gegend tragen, da sie in sich schon etwas wabbelig ist. Wenn sie allerdings steht- gar kein Problem. Die Hunde rennen sogar toben drauf rum und spielen, macht der Liege gar nichts

Unsere Hündin liebt diese Liege!
Seit über 25 Jahren haben wir nun Jagdhunde und waren immer der Meinung sie brauchen keine solche Liegen aber weit gefehlt. Unsere Hündin (Golden Retriever, 9 Jahre alt) quält sich jedes Jahr mit den Grasmilben und nebst Medikamenten und unserer Pflege hat uns unser Tierarzt auch so eine Liege schonmal ans Herz gelegt. Der direkte Kontakt mit dem Rasen ist so weg aber dennoch liegt sie bequem draußen und so ist es auch. Sie geht sehr gern freiwillig auf die Liege und legt sich richtig hin und schläft auch dort. In der kühleren Jahreszeit spanne ich eine Fleecedecke drüber (mit Hosenträgern an der Unterseite fixiert) und so zieht auch nix von unten durch. Die Liege ist stabil und hängt auch nicht so durch wie hier oft beschrieben (unsere Hündin wiegt ca. 30kg!). Der Aufbau war mit zwei Personen kein Problem. Auch wenn es regnet kann man sie problemlos draußen lassen und muss keine Panik schieben. Die Liege ist das optimale Draußen-Bett für unseren Hund und ja, ich hätte es schon viel früher kaufen sollen... Die Qualität hier ist jedenfalls top und der Preis ebenfalls! Nur zu empfehlen!

Was looking for wipe clean options now one of my senior dogs has become fully incontinent, as washing bed covers several times a day was becoming unmanageable and in effective. These seemed like a good option, being advertised as waterproof, outdoor beds. The mesh is a plastic type material, which should allow wiping down. Dogs don't seem overly impressed yet and had to be tempted on with treats, but may come round with time. The toddler, however, is an instant fan.Product Quality: Seems sturdy and well made at first inspection: good size bolts, slightly stretchy mesh, seemingly strong bars, and well fitting rubber feet. But only just put up so hasn't seen much use yet. Will try to update they've been (hopefully) doggled for while.Sizing: These are medium. I would have preferred large, but they wouldn't have fit the space. As the photos show, it's fair size for my Akita (who is small for the breed), but on the small size for my Husky (who is big for the breed). Although he is laid super awkwardly on the photo, being a nervy guy who doesn't trust anything new.Assembly: Very simple design with decent, multi-lingual instructions. All parts were labelled. The colour coded cable ties were a nice touch, as was the extra bolt and included Alan key. One went together easily, the other I had to sit on the floor and brace against my chest to pull the bars into alignment for the last bolt. So a second person to help assemble would be useful, but not essential.Packaging: well packaged in a suitable sized box. Just enough to keep it secure and without any unnecessary plastic packing which is nice to see. The bolt pouch was fixed inside the box so it didn't slide around during transit, which was also a nice touch.Delivery: Arrived same day within a couple of hours ordering, but was left on the doorstep in full view of road despite me being home all day. No-one knocked or rang the bell, but can't fault the seller on that.
