A buddy from Germany sent me a pack of these and I was hooked. Kind of like licorice in consistency but the flavors are amazing.

The difference from the picture is pretty significant. It arrived wrapped in just a paper box—that was quite unexpected! Plus, it was supposed to be 200 packets but only came with 196. I don't mind missing those four small packets, but this behavior is puzzling. Is it really that hard to ship it in the original packaging?
