Soft and gel like, works well and it helped
Haben sehr gut gegen Fußschmerzen in hohen Schuhen geholfen. Sie haben die perfekte dicke, um noch gut in den Schuh zu passen. Allerdings sind sie viel zu schmal. Habe sie dann quer geklebt, damit der gesamte Bereich abgedeckt ist.
Diese Fußpolster entlasten meinen Vorderfuß. Alles OK !

Placement matters but it works well
Depending on the placement on the shoe, it can be quite tight.. especially just as the ball of the feet closer to toes...I changed the placement of the padding, a tad bit further from the ball of my foot and so far it works well.Good thing you can stick and unstick easily, making it handy and easy to use.
