    Ein sehr guter Helfer, solide Ware. Mit einem ordentlichen Wetzstahl ist die Schärfe sehr schnell wieder hergestellt. Würde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.

    Das Messer liegt gut in der Hand und hat eine exzellente Schärfe! Störend (und unnötig) ist, dass das Messer in einem gut sitzenden Karton, noch zusätzlich mit einem Kleber befestigt ist, denn der Kleber ließ sich in meinem Fall zwar gut vom Karton entfernen, nicht jedoch vom Messer!+ Wertiges, robustes Kochmesser+ sehr gute Schärfe- mühseliges Reinigen bzw. Entfernen des Klebers, mit welchem das Messer am mitgelieferten Karton befestigt war- Spitze des Messers nicht ungefährlich
