Schneidet sehr gut, sieht super und hält ewig.
Achtung scharf........
Wir waren auf der Suche nach Steakmessern, aber ohne Spitze, da man ja die Haustiere bei eventuell runterfallenden Messern nicht aufspießen möchte. Dann habe ich diese Messer empfohlen bekommen - der Hammer. Die Klinge ist ein wenig biegsam, aber bricht natürlich nicht ab, aber die Dinger sind extrem scharf. Egal was man schneidet - Fleisch, Gemüse, Obst, Brot, Brötchen, wie durch warme Butter. Sogar eine harte Ananas zu schälen bereitet diesen Messern kein Problem. Und ja, man kann auch Steaks damit schneiden und das sogar sehr gut.Die Reinigung in der Spülmaschine ist problemlos und daher haben wir nochmal 2 Messer nachbestellt.Wenn die Messer jetzt solange scharf bleiben, wie es der Kollege, der sie mir empfohlen hat, gesagt hat, wäre das absolut mega.Wir sind auf jeden Fall begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder kaufen - Top.

Scharfe Messer zu gutem Preis, die bei mir täglich mit Begeisterung genutzt werden.
Scharf und langlebig
Die Messer sind bei mir schon sehr lange im Einsatz und waren auch schon unzählige Male in der Spülmaschine. Sie sind immer noch super scharf und sehen immer noch aus wie neu. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Tolle Messer aber Achtung: extrem scharf - Verletzungsgefahr
Diese Messer schneiden wunderbar, nicht nur Brötchen. Auch Gemüse, vor allem Tomaten, können damit wunderbar geschnitten werden.Aber Achtung: Die Schärfe der Messer sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Wenn man abrutscht und sich damit in die Hand oder den Finger schneidet, gibt es sehr tiefe Schnitte.Ich bewahre die Messer deshalb auch nicht mehr im Schubkasten mit dem Besteck auf, sondern in einem Messerblock.Ich habe die Messer nun bereits zum zweiten Mal bestellt, da sie wirklich lange halten und es sehr praktisch ist, mehrere von ihnen im Haus zu haben, wenn man mal Gäste hat.
Scharfes Teil ;-)
Die Messer sind sehr scharf und schneiden sehr gut. Haben die jetzt schon mehrere Monate und alles ist nach wie vor top. Werden in der Spülmaschine regelmäßig gewaschen und zeigen noch keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Für den Preis kann ich diese Messer nur weiterempfehlen.
Scharf, schärfer, Victorinox!
Wir haben aus der Reihe schon die Steakmesser und nutzen diese auch sehr gerne für Burger und Pizza.Da manchmal die Spitze etwas hinderlich ist (zum Beispiel, um etwas damit auf die Gabel zu schieben), haben wir nun diese abgerundeten Messer dazubestellt.Auch hier sind wir von der Qualität begeistert!Und wer sich ebenfalls an dem Gesäbel stört, was man teilweise veranstalten muss, um Wurst, die sich in Plastikhüllen befindet (wie zum Beispiel diverse Kalbsleberwürste etc.) anzuschneiden, wird sich über diese Messer enorm freuen! ;-)Aber Vorsicht! Sie sind wirklich enorm scharf!

semplici ma molto validi
Anche se a livello estetico sembrano meno accattivanti del classico coltello dei servizi di posate, sono incredibilmente efficaci per l'affilatura e con una ondulata sufficiente per qualsiasi tipo di taglio, di fatto sono la versione da tavola del classico coltello leggero Victorinox molto utilizzato nelle cucine professionali.La caratteristica più interessante è quella dello spessore molto stretto che permette di tagliare anche le bistecche più alte con pochissimo sforzo e di ottenere sempre un taglio ottimo e senza strappi o tensioni che porterebbero invece i cibi a perdere la loro umidità o le verdure ad essere inutilmente compresse.Ho scelto il manico grigio per poterlo adattare ad un servizio di posate inox.
