Merkwürdiger Schnitt. Sehr enge Arme, selbst als Nicht-Bodybuilder kam ich nicht in die Ärmel rein. Dafür ein schlabberiger Rücken bzw. Oberkörper und nein ich trainiere nicht ausschließlich Bizeps.
