    Fun instrument for the price

    I bought this just to mess around at home. I’m a trumpet and euphonium player but do not have a euphonium. I ordered an alto horn mouthpiece as well since I had read it works better with a real mouthpiece. At first I thought it was pretty terrible. In the low register there is very little control. However, if you stop thinking about it like a low brass instrument , but more as a mid range instrument like a French horn or alto horn, it actually plays great. Obviously it’s not like a real one, but it’s a lot of fun and sounds nice for playing at home once you get used to it. I would definitely only recommend for an actual brass player, not for a child as a first instrument.

    Gar nicht mal so schlecht verarbeitet. Stabiler Koffer mit dabei. Die Intonation ist halt sehr mager aber immerhin stimmen die Töne relativ gut. Passt in c umgebaut gut zu Gitarre oder Akkordeon.

    Erwartung wurde nicht erfüllt. Was für eine schlechte Intonation, welch ein schlechter Klang. Nicht annähernd der Klang aus dem Produktvideo. Verarbeitung jedoch sehr gut und die Verpackung hinterlässt einen guten Eindruck. Schade, hätte (viel) mehr erwartet.

    Ich bin langjähriger Musiker und wollte mir für Fastnacht oder einfach so zum Spaß dieses j-horn kaufen ist aber überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen selbst für solche Sachen. Es kommt überhaupt gar kein Ton raus billig hergestellt und viel zu überteuert. Also noch mal nicht kaufen diese 130 € kann man viel besser investieren.

    I like how light it is and easy to clean with three types of mouthpieces. I play valve trombone and the fingering is the same. The rotary valves, although efficient, make noise. It is a great instrument for rallies, sporting events, performing for kids and a lighter instrument for practising pieces.

    You must get one of these models, they are brilliant!

    Para niños que inician con el estudio de corno, es muy práctico por que es un instrumento ligero en comparación con un corno normal.De repente las teclas como que se atoran y hay que ajustarlas, pero en general cumple con el propósito didáctico.

    Étant tromboniste, j'ai acheté ce Nuvo Jhorn afin de me familiariser avec des doigtés de pistons. Il est très pratique, très maniable, le son est plus que correct. Certes les pistons font du bruit mais Nuvo ne s'en cache pas, et ne cache pas non plus qu'il faut y voir là un formidable outil pédagogique et non un instrument de la qualité d'un cuivre ! Il permet avec ses différentes embouchures de voir ce qui peut correspondre le mieux avant de s'orienter sur un cuivre particulier (donc formidable pour les enfants également). Il est costaud et peut-être emmené partout, il peut suppléer un cuivre pour un musicien qui veut s'entraîner et ne peut pas emmener son instrument. Je le recommande vivement !

    Questo strumento/giocattolo ha diversi pregi:Leggerezza, resistenza, sistema pistoni reattivo anche se rumoroso e portabilità.Il problema è che ha un grandissimo difetto che mette in ombra tutto il resto:L'intonazione.A voglia a provare a regolare, utilizzare bocchini diversi e di qualità; niente.Con dispiacere l'ho reso.
