    Sehr gut top heizung hoffe Strom wird weniger wie 30 Jahre heizung von Vermieter nachtspeicher machen an wenn da sind 5 Stunden andere Laden 24 Stunden

    Update 09.11.2025Ich möchte mich nochmal wegen die Funktionalität der Heizung melden. Sie funktioniert immernoch tatellos. Ich habe sie jeden Winter in Betrieb dabei wird sie mehrmals am Tag an und aus geschaltet. Ich kann die Heizung wirklich empfehlen. 👍Update 09.02.23Anfang Dez.22 kaufte ich diese Elektroheizung. Diese war von Anfang an NICHT in Ordnung. Schrauben fehlten und waren rausgebrochen. Die Fernbedienung hatte nur eine Reichweite von max 1m wenn man richtig gezielt hat. Ende Januar 23 viel mir schon auf das die Heizleistung abgenommen hat, letztendlich ging sie sogar einfach aus und sprang nicht mehr an. Nach 2 Stunden schaltete ich sie wieder an aber sie konnte nicht mehr richtig heizen. Sie schaffte gerade eine Zimmertemperatur von 10 Grad und ich vermute Mal das wäre auch ohne Heizung möglich.Ich habe natürlich den Kundendienst angeschrieben denn es ist ja kein Beinbruch wenn man Zufällig auf ein Montagsgerät stößt. Hier ist es nun wichtig das der Kundendienst sich nicht auf sturr stellt und aus eine Reklamation ein Kraftakt macht. Normal muss man das defekte Gerät einschicken und wird entweder repariert oder ausgetauscht. Der Kundenservice war Mega Klasse sie wickelte alles sofort und unproblematisch ab obwohl ich die Rücksendung angeboten habe, haben sie auf diese Anstrengung verzichtet. Ich bin schwer Krank und so eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung ist für mich ein Geschenk. Ich würde immer wieder bei dieser Firma kaufen denn ein guter Kundenservice ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich.Alles funktioniert übrigens und sogar die Fernbedienung ist nun richtig funktionstüchtig.Klare KaufempfehlungUpdate 05.02.23Leider lässt die Heizung nach. Ihre Heizspirale ist nur noch ein kleiner Teil aktiv . Sie sie geht immer wieder Mal aus und spring nicht mehr an. Ich Versuche jetzt zu reklamieren und hoffe das wenigstens der Kundendienst gut ist. Update folgt natürlich..Die Leistung ist sehr gut, aber leider erreichte mich das Gerät in einem nicht so tollen Zustand. Schrauben waren rausgebrochen und eine Schrauben konnte leider nicht mehr verschraubt werden. Leider musste ich es behalten da ich schwer erkrankt bin und eine Rücksendung zu anstrengend ist. Ich habe versucht mit dem Verkäufer in Kontakt zu treten aber entweder haben die es nicht gelesen oder ignoriert.Das Gerät ist klasse, nur die Fernbedienung funktioniert sehr sehr schlecht. Die Reichweite beträgt 1m 🤣 und dann muss man wie verrückt drücken. Bin oft bettlägerig und dann wird es zu einer Belastung.. egalEs ist, bisher die angenehmste und schnellste Heizung was ich fpr das Geld getestet habe.Klare Kaufempfehlung wenn man bewusst auf die Schwachstellen verzichtet

    Schönes Gerät, heizt gut. Kleines Problem ist,1. Beim auschalten, speichert Heizlestung nicht.2. Wenn Gebläse läuft und der Heizer schaltet ab(wenn Wärme erreicht ist) Lüfter läuft weiter.Kan doch nicht das Problem sein, so etwas einzubauen, wier leben doch schon im Jahre 2025....oooder??

    Meine Zentralheizung ist überraschend ausgefallen. nun benötigte ich auf die Schnelle eine neue Heizquelle. Was ist naheliegender als eine Elektroheizung. Steckdosen hat man immer im Haushalt. Es ist zwar eine Kosten ungünstige Variante, aber besser wie frieren. Dieser Heizer war vom Anschaffungspreis recht günstig und lässt sich mit der Fernbedienung Gradgenau steuern. Das integrierte Gebläse sorgt für schnelle Wärmeverteilung. Die meisten Baumarkheizer verfügen über kein Gebläse, dass finde ich nicht gut. Ich bin mit diesem Produkt, dass als Notheizung dient, voll zufrieden. Hätte ich nicht schon 3 Heizer auf dem Baumarkt gekauft, hätte ich sicher noch 3 Heizer von dieser Marke gekauft. Aber die Zeit drängte.

    Outrageous service and awful product for an expensive price, no refund provided

    I ordered this Hecht electric heater in August because I did not know what I can expect during the winter and when the cold weather will arrive. Thanks to the Indian summer, I have just begun to use it this week because the cold weather occurred but I was shocked how worthless it is. The heater shuts down after 5 minutes and it does not turn back on automatically when the temperature drops and goes under the required value. Its fan is also extremely loud and it does not always react to the buttons on it, so it can only be set up by the remote controller (which might be the only element that works more or less properly from the package). But the main problem is that the heater does not heat properly because nothing can be done within a few minutes, and then it leaves the room cold, without turning back on automatically. To conclude, the product is useless despite a relatively expensive price (I bought it for 119 €). Even after having clarified the issue, the seller denied the return and give a refund and Amazon refused the A to Z guarantee as well... They say that you are eligible to get a refund only within 30 days. How could I have tested a heater in 35 degrees in the summer? It was 20 degrees even in the middle of November... Those people who wrote this are totally illogical and insensitive, they do not respect customers' rights. Ridiculous to refer to this even when it comes to a heater!!! I complained several times and no result! I paid for a product that does not work properly from the very beginning and in the end, I did not get a refund at all. Avoid this seller at any cost and also ordering products in general for a higher price!!!!! You will not get your money back if you face an issue. Outrageous service and awful product. I will surely consider it twice before I order anything on Amazon again. This experience taught me something...
