    Ich habe den Einkochautomat für das Herstellen von Bier benutzt.Die Handhabung ist selbsterklärend und das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei.Er bekommt die Flüssigkeit zum wallenden Kochen, was fürs Brauen essenziell ist.Klare Kaufempfehlung.

    Tut seine Job sehr gut! Tolm wäre, wenn er etwas feiner zu regeln wäre.Super für Punsch/ Glühwein/ Glühmost!Auch verwendet für eine Feier um Würste zu kochen und Gulasch geht auch?Reinigung geht eigentlich auch leicht von der Hand.

    🍻 Vielseitiger Glühweinkocher – perfekt fürs Bierbrauen! 🍻Der Stagecaptain GWK-27A Glühweinkocher (27 Liter) ist ein echtes Multitalent! 💪Ich habe ihn fürs Bierbrauen verwendet, und er hat super funktioniert!Die einfache Bedienung mit Temperatur- und Zeitschaltuhr macht den Prozess total unkompliziert, und die Abschaltautomatik sorgt für zusätzliche Sicherheit.Der gebürstete Edelstahl sieht nicht nur schick aus, sondern ist auch sehr robust und langlebig aber leider sieht man jeden Fleck darauf.     obwohl dieser einkocher ansich ein tolles gerät ist, welches auch alles einhält, was er verspricht, stört mich eines sehr und daher auch ein stern abzug: es entweicht unheimlich viel wasserdampf über den deckel. das kenne ich in dieser form von meinem alten einkochautomaten überhaupt nicht und der hatte auch nur einen kunststoffdeckel zum lockeren auflegen. da ich den einkocher nur an einer bestimmten stelle in meiner küche hinstellen kann, war ich während des ersten durchgangs bei einkochen ständig dabei, das kondensierte wasser von den schränken zu wischen, nachdem ich zum ersten mal richtige pfützen auf dem boden entdeckt hatte. und da ich auf dauer vermeiden möchte, das schranktüren und arbeitsplatte aufquillen, oder sich vielleicht die tapete von der wand löst, habe ich das gerät jemanden weitergegeben, der es nur für glühwein nutzen will. da dieser nicht permanent kochend gehalten wird, wie z.b. einkochgut, ist er dafür besser geeignet.

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem EKA. Er hält die Temperatur, sodass man sicher einkochen kann. Allerdings entweicht viel Wasserdampf, was aber wohl normal ist. Man sollte also das Fenster öffnen, wenn man einkocht. Die Lieferung war schnell und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

    Je m'attendais à un produit de meilleur qualité. Je doute de sa durabilité dans le temps. Le robinet a tendance à fuire, il semble fragile.Première utilisation, j'utilise une sonde de température pour être sur que le produit est fiable. La température ne correspond pas bien, ce qui est important lors de pasteurisation.Déception, la minuterie ne se met pas en route à partir de la bonne température. Ce n'était pas clair dans le descriptif. Il faut attendre que la température soit atteinte avant de mettre en route la minuterie. Ce n'est vraiment pas pratique.Je suis déçue. Description pas fiable. Produit acheté qui ne correspond pas à mon utilisation. Produit non précis.Ne pas acheté si vous souhaitez un produit de qualité. La notice est en allemand première langue, mais la qualité ne l'est pas.
