    **Shipping**I bought a set of 10 boxes and upon pickup around 5 were damaged by the transport. I messaged customer support and they were very fast to reply and offered to ship replacements.A replacement of the damaged units arrived the day after I contacted them.**Product Review**As far as I can tell, no item that was transported on the boxes was damaged and the boxes survived moving. I would use them again if needed.No handle was damaged during all the packing, loading and unloading (with some boxes having around 20kgs)It is unfortunate that the bottom is not completely flat and has a divider, but it gives a lot of structure and allows it to carry heavy items.All in all, I was very happy with the product and service

    Besser als gedacht. Umzugskartons sind ja immer so eine Sache. Aber ich hatte sie nicht zu schwer gepackt und es ging bei meinem Umzug tatsächlich keiner kaputt. Normalerweise entsorge ich Umzugskartons nach einem Umzug, weil mir klar ist, dass ich die niemals ein zweites Mal verwenden kann. Aber diese Kartons habe ich aufgehoben.

    Ich bin mit den Umzugskartons sehr zufrieden. Sie lassen sich leicht falten und haben eine Verstärkung an den Griffen.Auch der Boden ist sehr stabil. Ich kann sie nach dem Umzug auch weiter als Aufbewahrungsboxen verwenden.Ich empfehle die Umzugskartons gern weiter
