    Best flat pan ever. You can even put it into the oven. Put into the dishwasher I do not recommend.After each use, just wipe it with soft paper and voila, everything is great...Actaully this is my third pan,one is 32,one 28 and I have 20. RECOMMENDED !!Do not use metal utensils because they will scratch you, which is not good! I have been using pans for 5 years and I have had absolutely no problems!! Still the same panes and now one more !Look at the pan on a pic after 5 years !

    PRE-PURCHASE: I am generally very reluctant when it comes to non-stick coatings and generally avoid these. I researched a bit and found two brands of pans that convinced me that they (a) offered the level of features needed (high level of non-professional cooking) and (b) were safe for my family. I ended up choosing this one despite the fact that it was heavier, because it didn't have any plastic parts and was fully oven proof.PURCHASE: The price on Amazon was beyond belief for the 28cm and I received it before Christmas Eve (bravo for very fast delivery during the holidays to amazon). I was impressed to see that it has a 20-year anti scratch warranty! Excellent packaging and good first impressions, although I was initially worried about the scratch resistance, because under close inspection during unboxing, I found a few tiny grooves on the coating of the pan, and I was worried that this was an indication of a defective or damaged product. Now, I have come to believe that it is something regular and expected in the manufacturing process, but cannot vouch for it.USE: It's just a bit on the heavy side, but has outstanding anti-stick features! Easy to clean. Haven't tried putting it in the oven yet, but I can attest that it's dishwasher safe, works well (not excellent) with my Miele Power-flex induction hob, but I believe that any issues (pertaining to brief non-detection of the pan during cooking if you lift the pan to toss, which can become very annoying when in a hurry), can be attributed to the Miele hob - not the pan. I'm very happy with the 28cm diameter, e.g. I have sautéd 3 sliced pepper bells and one large onion for a sweet and sour pepper sauce (for 4 adults and 2 toddlers) and you can easily fry 5 eggs or braise two medium-sized steaks at the same time.ONE DRAWBACK: I searched to buy a lid for the pan but couldn't find a 28 cm one through Amazon. I plan to extend my search, but for now-no luck.Overall I'm super excited with its use, and would buy again in future, but I would make sure that it has a lid. I wouldn't go for the larger one, this one feels just right for me (weight and size for tossing and better for pancakes).

    Meine mit Abstand Lieblingspfanne. Habe früher immer günstigere (20-50€) Pfannen gekauft und habe mich dann schnell geärgert über die entsprechend billige Qualität. Die Pfanne von LeCreuset hingegen fühlt sich extrem wertig an, ein angenehmes Gewicht und sie wird auch sehr gut heiß. Auch die Antihaft Beschichtung ist super, man muss kaum Öl verwenden und es brät nichts an.Ich werde die Pfanne weiterhin täglich testen und regelmäßig updaten, sofern sich was an der Qualität ändern sollte, aber bisher bin ich extremst zufrieden mit der Pfanne.

    Im Leben legt man sich sicherlich einige Pfannen zu, meist aus dem unteren Preissegment. Ging uns auch so. Nach kurzer Zeit war in aller Regel die Antihaft-Beschichtung aufgerauht trotz Verwendung nicht metallischer Rührgeräte und die Pfanne mehr oder weniger hinüber. Nachfragen bei Profis führten uns zur Marke Le Creuset. Anfangs hat uns der Preis abgeschreckt, heute sind wir froh das Geld für diese Pfanne ausgegeben zu haben. Das Teil hält was es verspricht, ist excellent verarbeitet, gleichmäßigste Hitzeverteilung und nicht endlos schwer. Hätten wir das vorher gewußt, einige Fehlkäufe wären uns erspart geblieben. Absolute Empfehlung.

    Die Pfanne macht zumindest im neuen Zustand noch sehr viel Vergnügen. Nichts brennt an, sie ist nicht zu schwer, kann in den Backofen und ist leicht zu pflegen. Funktioniert mit Induktion einwandfrei. Bisher sehr zu empfehlen. Profi-Tipp: Wenn man nicht ständig mit voller Hitze kocht, hält die Pfanne länger, gilt aber für alle Pfannen.

    Die Pfanne mit 24cm Durchmesser ergaenzt unsere Bratpfannen derselben Linie. Die Groesse ist hervorragend geeignet um kleinere Mengen anzubraten. Wir haben auch eine Bratpfanne der Creuset Linie 3 Ply die wesentlich aufwendiger ist bei der Reinigung. Die Standard Glasdeckel passen ebenfalls was bei den 3 Ply Serie nicht der Fall ist. Empfehlenswertes Produkt.
