Super Idee, sieht gut aus! 👍
Dieses Katzenhöhle ist eine Super Idee ich würde alleine von der Idee 5 Sterne geben jedoch muss ich leider einen abziehen, da die Höhle für meine beiden Main Coon Katzen leider zu klein ist oder die dafür zu groß wie man es sieht. Fakt ist es sieht in dieser Kombination nicht richtig aus 😅. Daher musste ich leider wieder die Rücksendung einleiten, aber bei kleineren Katzen würde ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung geben sieht so cool aus in der Wohnung! Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn es anders gewesen wäre und ich diese coole Höhle nicht zurückgeben müsste! Daher bewerte ich mit 4 Sternen da Katzen wachsen und nicht immer klein bleiben oder es dann eben nur für bestimmte Katzengrößen umsetzbar ist. Sollte diese Höhle auch mal größer produziert werden für Main Coon Katzen oder der Gedankengang mal auf die Variante führt für 2 Katzen sowas zu Produzieren von der Größe dann hätte man auch die bestimmt die Größe der Rassekatzen mit in der Kategorie ( Main Coon o. Bengal Katzen ) dann würde es von mir klare 5 Sterne geben!!!!!!!!! 🌟Negativ: Was mich leider jetzt schon wieder ein wenig nervt die umständliche Rücksendung mit etikett drucken! Ich hoffe meine Anfrage auf einen QR Code wird wahrgenommen und die Rücksendung so für den Kunden vereinfacht! ( Nach meinen Geschmack sollte es von Haus aus auch bei 3 Anbieter oder nicht Rücksendungen von Amazon direkt mit QR Code stattfinden, so ist es in meinen Augen umweltfreundlicher zwecks kein Papier und entspannter für den Kunden ( fortschrittlicher! )

Superqualität, aber erstmal auslüften
Der Katzenkorb riecht erstmal sehr stark, wenn er aus der Verpackung kommt, was sich aber durch auslüften beheben lässt. Die Qualität und Stabilität der Einzelteile ist top, jedoch aufeinandergestapelt ohne weitere Befestigung sehr wackelig zum "Einstieg". Mein Kater interessiert sich leider überhaupt nicht für den Korb, dafür hab ich jetzt nen schicken Aufbewahrungsort für Schals, Mützen und Handschuhe :DWürde allgemein empfehlen sich den Artikel eher für Kätzchen zuzulegen als für ausgewachsene Garfield-tiger ;)
Geruch & wenig hilfreicher Kundenservice
Ich habe den Artikel leider retourniert.Optisch zwar wirklich wunderschön, jedoch hat der Korb einen für mich persönlich sehr unangenehmen Geruch, welcher auch nach einigen Tagen nicht vollständig verschwunden ist.Ein weiteres Manko - der Karton wurde bei der Lieferung leider beschädigt, sodass ich das Körbchen nicht in selbigem retournieren konnte. Leider war der Kundenservice hierbei wenig bis überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Es wurde nicht auf mein Problem eingegangen und ich erhielt wiederholt „Copy & Paste“ Antworten, was äußerst frustrierend war.Fazit: Korb optisch schön, jedoch mit Manko. Bestellen würde ich bei diesem Anbieter jedoch nicht noch einmal.
