    Hallo, ich habe gestern die Tasche getragen und hab mein Handy und mein Geldbeutel reingetan. Während dem Laufen ist mir die Tasche runtergekracht beziehungsweise der Henkel ist abgegangen. Foto kann ich leider nicht erstellen, weil es mit meinem Handy nicht klappt weiß auch nicht warum wieso und weshalb würde mich freuen, wenn ich von Ihnen eine Nachricht bekommen würde ja auf jeden Fall was kann ich tun?     Die Tasche ist sehr hübsch und hat trotz ihrer Größe viel Stau-Raum.Durch die vielen Reißverschlüsse hat man die Möglichkeit, viel unter zu bringen.Sehr leichtes Material und schön zu tragen.

    Die Tasche ist optisch wirklich total schön. Ich war begeistert und die Farbe war toll. Für Konzerte und einfach mal draussen spazieren und Geld und Handy dabei zu haben, ist sie perfekt von der Größe. Leider klemmt bei mir am Anfang der Reißverschluss und die Naht an der Innentasche ging auf, däwas an der Seite sichtbar war. Zum Schluss ist der Reißverschluss ganz kaputt gegangen. Ich habe mich an den Käufer gewendet. Die Tasche wird eingeschickt und begutachtet. Ich hoffe, ich habe ein typisches Montagsmodell erworben und kann mir evtl. Eine neue bestellen, die nicht solche Mängel hat. Mal schauen was bei der Prüfung raus kommt. Bis jetzt bin ich mit dem Verkäufer sehr zufrieden, da er schnell antwortet und faire Angebote macht. Retourenlabel gab es auch extra dazu.Danke dafür.

    La livraison a été compliquée mais j’ai bien reçu mon sac.il me convient parfaitement:le poids,les nombreuses poches et fermetures,la longueur de la bride,les dimensions.Pour moi il est parfait. S’il existe en noir je le prendrais pour l’hiver.Je viens de l’acheter en noir car il me convient parfaitement et il est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix.Il,est solide,léger,pratique,élégant.La livraison a encore été un peu galère pour finir dans un point relais.mais au final je suis contente.
