The scissors stands out as really sturdy. My first project was to sew a button on my jacket, and I was pleased with the quality of the thread, its strong, and the button holds well. The included scissors are sharp and sturdy, making it easy to cut through fabric and thread.One of my favorite features is the compact etui (case), which not only keeps everything organized but also has extra space for my own buttons that I bought separately for my jacket.My buttons on my jacket are secured even stronger than when I bought it from the store, so I'm really happy with this kit.The range of thread colors is wide, so that I always find a match for any fabric I work with.Overall, this is a fantastic sewing kit for beginners, travelers, men :) and anyone in need of a well-stocked and portable set. A comprehensive sewing kit
I was really delighted when I opened up this sewing kit because of the sheer comprehensive array of good quality items contained within it! It seems to cover just about every item to make a repair on any sewing mishap that could occur! I was amazed to find an amazing number of items, in such a smallish zipped folder! If you tried to buy them all individually it would cost 3-4 times to the price paid! What a fantastic bargain on the sewing implements, top marks! Just one small quibble though after all that praise, the only thing that disappointed me was the low quality of the zipper around the folder compared to the quality of the items inside, as I doubt it will last for very long! I have to remind myself to open it gently and slowly because the zipper teeth are catching on one another and you have to ease it round slowly, which is a pity! Other than that it is great!
