    The seller's delivery was fine. The Ney is simply too narrow and doesn't have the sound characteristics it should have. But apparently that's all for this price.

    Looks exactly the same, is the right tuning, and has a nice weight to it. Perfect for learning a new instrument. Just be aware that it's hard to get into such a niche instrument as a first.

    I can get a better sound from this than even some neys I paid more for. The ney takes time to make a tone, as the mouth shape forms the sound unlike with say a recorder where you just blow it.
