Ganz ein toller Werkzeugwagen, sehr stabiles Werkzeug und Verarbeitung!!Rasche unkomplizierte Lieferung!! Ein Teil hat zuerst gefehlt, wurde aber schnell kostenlos nachgeliefert1Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. :-)
Super und erstklassiger Service
Wir haben diesen Werkstattwagen als Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft. Er ist sehr schnell gekommen und war super verpackt. Das Werkzeug und der Wagen machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck, ob es so gut hält werden wir dann erfahren. Wir hatten 2 kleine Reklamationen, die Schrauben für die Räder haben gefehlt und es war ein Pfeifenkopfschlüssel doppelt (19) es fehlte dafür der 18ner. Wir haben dem Service eine Mail mit Bildern gesendet und es hat keinen Tag gedauert bis Antwort gekommen ist, sehr nett und höflich. Am nächsten Tag wurden die Teile mit der Post zugestellt, also besser geht es wirklich nicht.Von uns bis dahin eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung und ein Lob an den Service. Wenn das Werkzeug jetzt auch noch so gut hält wie es wirkt sind wir mega begeistert.
