    I like the product but can't find anything to sharpen it with!!

    How do you sharpen these?

    Very soft inside. Pain to sharpen.

    So first of all I had to look it up online to know that you are meant to sharpen it with a pencil sharpener, not twist the bottom. I had to figure this out quickly because the gold was SO SOFT that the tip immediately broke off the second I tried to use it. The inside is not what I expected, it's more like a paste. So it is impossible to get sharp. And I've had to sharpen half an inch off of it already to do a single eye. It isn't even that hot outside, so I do not think shipping should have done this. All in all, very disappointed, to be honest. I was excited to get non-black colors, but this is just a mess (literally).

    I really like how this eyeliner looks, but it breaks of so easily. I have tried to be gentle when sharpening it but as soon as I am applying the eyeliner it breaks apart.

    I purchased two colors.  The purple is fine and is smooth and works great.  The second item has a defective tube that does not work. It's stuck and does not twist. I requested a replacement. The date of the replacement is December 2029. Why??

    I have fair skin and green eyes and wear eyeliner with or without mascara. I like the subtle All Time Olive color but the pencil I received is dry and did not apply smoothly. I won’t buy it again because it was a waste of money. Usually this brand is fine.
