Ursprünglich: ziemlich unzufrieden - Update: TOP Service
Ich hatte nach einigen Monaten Benutzung einige Punkte bei der Küchenarmatur zu beanstanden (den Hebel, das Ausleiern des Halses und Tropfen). Als ich festgestellt habe, dass ich sie nicht bei Amazon gekauft habe, war meine Frustration groß, weil ich dachte, das wars. Umso größer war meine Überraschung, als sich der Verkäufer/Hersteller binnen eines Tages nach meiner Rezension bei mir gemeldet hatte (bevor ich überhaupt mit der Reklamation anfangen konnte) mit dem Angebot mir den Preis vollständig zu erstatten. Ich habe das Angebot dankend angenommen und muss sagen, wow, der Service ist beispielhaft.Nun, der potenzielle Käufer sollte prüfen, ob ihm die Position des Hebels passt. Dass er nicht locker wird und auch dass die Armatur ansonsten gut funktioniert, davon würde ich ausgehen.Die ursprüngliche Rezension (2 Sterne):Titel: Billig ist billig ist billigText: Der Hebel ist klein und nicht ergonomisch. Er wird auch locker und muss oft nachgezogen werden. Dazu muss man ihn von vorne (45 grad) bis nach hinten (45 grad) für kaltes Wasser drehen. Logischer wäre das kalte Wasser in der Position nach vorne zu haben. Ja, man kann die Schläuche tauschen, wenn da nur nicht die Markierung wäre. Der Hals der Armatur ist etwas wackelig in dem Sockel befestigt und leiert mit der Zeit etwas aus. Auch fängt die Armatur zu tropfen, sodass ich sie reklamieren muss. Ich habe diese Armatur gekauft, weil bei der Hansgrohe, die ich davor hatte, der schwarze Lack abplatzte. Ich habe mir aber damit kein Gefallen getan.

wackelt trotz festem Einbau, schwer sauber zu halten, Kalkablagerungen ständig sichtbar
Einbau war eigentlich einfach, aber selbst bei sehr sehr festem Anziehen der Befestigung wackelt der Hahn noch leicht hin und her, Gesetze der Physik : je länger der Hebel = Hahnstandsäule um so weniger Kraft wird benötigt.....Aber um in unserer Spüle auch große Töpfe spülen zu können, muss der Hahn eine gewissen Höhe/Länge haben. Alle in allem funktioniert alles fast zu leicht, wenn man nicht wirklich darauf achtet, den Hebel nicht nur zu drehen (Temperaturwechsel) sondern auch gleichzeitig komplett nach hinten zu drücken (AUS) laufen schon mal ein paar hundert Liter Wasser in den Gulli.

J'ai mis 5 étoiles car je suis vraiment ravi de ce robinet.Une petite précision importante pour les futurs acheteurs : ne soyez pas étonnés en ouvrant le colis, le robinet est creux à l'intérieur et il n'y a pas de tuyau interne. C'est tout à fait normal ! L'étanchéité parfaite se fait directement dès qu'on le raccorde. Je recommande sans hésiter.
