    Habe die Gitarre bekommen und habe die Saiten gestimmt und bin vom Klang erstaunt.Ich habe mir diese Gitarre gekauft da ich lernen will zu spielen.Sie ist das was ich wollte .Preis Leistung sind toll bin super zufrieden auch das Zubehör ist top .

    gute Gitarre aber leider ist die Farbe auf dem Bild nicht korrekt - die Gitarre ist in Wirklichkeit dunkles türkis, nicht blau

    Gutes Instrument für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene

    Das Wichtigste zuerst: Das Instrument schrammelt nicht, sondern hat einen schönen warmen Klang. Nicht nur Anfänger, auch Fortgeschrittene, die ihre Gitarre mit auf Reisen nehmen wollen, dabei aber kein High-End-Instrument mit sich führen wollen, werden durchweg zufrieden sein. Die Gitarre ist nicht schwer, gut verarbeitet, ließ sich gut stimmen und hielt die Stimmung erstaunlich lang, trotz Reise und Temperaturwechsel. Das mitgelieferte Stimmgerät macht zuverlässig seine Arbeit, sodass kleineres Nachstimmen unproblematisch ist.Den Schemel hätte es nicht gebraucht, dafür hätte ich lieber einen einfachen Gurt gehabt. Aber das Gesamtpaket ist wirklich mehr als in Ordnung.Die Optik ist sehr zufriedenstellend!

    Schön verarbeitet ohne Beanstandung 👍Die Gitarre ist gut Verpackt in kurzer Zeit angekommen .Habe sie mit Gurt u. Pins vervollständigt u. Enkelin hatte große Freude damit.Denke Preis u.Leistung ist ok .

    Customer service worked out perfectly! Our issue was: unfortunately after 2 months of use the guitar neck is falling apart from its body. My daughter is just learning to play, so obviously she is handling the guitar carefully and not intensive, that’s why with current situation the product quality was a question mark for me.. that’s why I addressed the Winzz support and our problem was resolved effortlessly and in no time. So even with some problems we highly evaluate the problem resolution in case of usage defects.
