Do not adhere
I bought it for my dad's stoma bag. Not much of an adhesion. It can still cause leakage from the outer sides of the bag. Dont secure much.

Supposed to secure soma bags but would not stick so no additional security whatsoever.
Useful for emergencies only
Do not protect against leaks as they are basically sticky paper. Do help hold bag in place but would not recommend.
Adhesion
These ostomy flange extenders do stick well, but they do not come off easily with using medical adhesive spray. Any of the glue left on your skin need a bit of rubbing to get it off. Not really something you have time for when changing an ostomy bag.
