Hallo Leute, eins vorab, ich schreibe ungerne negative Rezessionen, war bis jetzt auch nicht wirklich nötig. Aber die Nummer hier ist echt gut. Über eine Woche schneller als angekündigt kam der Artikel an, die Freude war groß. Endlich kann ich meinen guten Degen an die Wand schrauben. Sollte entsprechend auch eine qualitativ hochwertiger Halter sein. Die Versprechungen des Händlers bezüglich der Qualität waren sehr ansprechend. Nun, als diesen Halter ausgepackt hatte bekam ich umgehend eine Krise. Verbogen, angerostet, der billigste Kernschrott! Das Teil ging umgehend in die Tonne und Amazon überweist mir den Betrag zurück. Ich empfehle Euch diesen Artikel samt Händler zu vergessen. Nebdenbei, die mitgelieferte Schraube ist auch zu kurz...

Work Perfectly
Item arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Using to support a large, heavy "Knights Templar Gold" sword made by Marto in Toledo, Spain. Note that this appears identical to the hanger sold by Marto on their site. The sword is 6.2 pounds, 46 inches long, blade is about 2 inches wide. Important to me was that the ornate hilt and guards is over 1 inch thick. Used the provided mounting hardware.Bottom Line: It is working perfectly and is just what I needed to hang my sword!

Mounts easily
This item will hold a sword without detracting from its beauty. The hanger also allows for sizes as it will expand to fit. I had a hard time finding a gold tone. I hung my sword in about ten minutes. Great price!
Plating worn off
A couple of spots where the brass plating was either not plated properly or worn off. Very shoddily finished. Rough edges. Poor craftsmanship. Disappointing.
