Sehr guter Kundenservice!!
Nachdem unsere alten Regenschirme von Knirps kaputt gegangen waren, hatte im März 2024 mehrere Regenschirme von Royal Walk in verschiedenen Farben für die ganze Familie gekauft.Die Schirme machen mit ihrem Holzgriff, der stabilen Konstruktion und der Öffnungs-/ Schließ- Automatik auf Knopfdruck einen sehr wertigen Eindruck.Kurz vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit im Januar 2026 bemerkten wir, dass sich an einer Spitze der Stoff gelöst hatte (siehe Foto).Ich habe daraufhin über die Amazon Webseite dem Kundenservice von Royal Walk eine Nachricht und das Foto geschickt. Weniger Tage später kann die freundliche Antwort, dass ich eine beigefügte Garantiekarte aktivieren müsse, um dann einen neuen Regenschirm zugeschickt zu bekommen.Gesagt getan: heute, etwa eine Woche später, habe ich per DHL einen nagelneuen Regenschirm von Royal Walk zugeschickt bekommen.Vielen Dank für diesen sehr guten Service!

A very strong and sturdy umbrella. Well made and ideal if you get caught in the rain. It is quiet compact.
Schöner Schirm.... der erste war aber ein Montagsmodell ;-)
Ich wollte mir mal einen etwas stabileren Schirm gönnen. Nachdem ich ihn nun max. zehn Mal benutzt habe, ist der Mechanismus schon kaputt. Ich wollte den Schirm nach dem Trocknen einfach nur schließen. Der Support des Händlers ist auf englisch.... Schade, der nächste Schirm wird direkt wieder einer für 3,99 Euro. Der hält schon länger. War vielleicht ein Montagsmodell :-(. Einen stabilen Eindruck hat der Schirm gemacht. Nun stehe ich jedoch tatsächlich im Regen, hatte nur diesen in den Urlaub mitgenommen.Nachdem ich diese Rezension - s. o. - geschrieben habe wurde ich einige Tage später vom Kundenservice angeschrieben. Dieser hat mit mir die Garantie aktiviert und mir einen neuen Schirm - kostenfrei und ohne Rücksendung des kaputten Schirms - zukommen lassen. Der Schirm selber ist wirklich schön. Nun hoffe ich auf eine längere Haltbarkeit. Einen stabilen Eindruck macht er.Der Händler hat sich umgehend um mein Problem gekümmert und schnell eine Lösung gefunden.Sehr guter Service...

Toller Schirm, wirkt solide und der Mechanismus funktioniert einwandfrei.
Toller Schirm in leuchtend gelb, genau das Richtige bei trübem Wetter. Solide Ausführung, automatisches Öffnen und Schließen funktioniert einwandfrei. Durch die kräftige Ausfürung ist der Schirm dicker als gewöhnlich. Da die Hülle einen Halbreißverschluss (super!) hat, ist er dennoch leicht wieder zu verpacken. Bei Regen ohne hohem Windaufkommen hat er sich bewährt, wenn er sich jetzt noch als windstabil und langlebig erweist, bleibe ich glücklich damit.

Ich habe einige Taschenschirms in mein Leben verbraucht allerdings eigentlich nur die ganz günstigen denn für teure Schirms war ich mir zu schade, da ich ja sowieso wetterfeste Kleidung habe, da ich aktuell meine Wohnung einräume und nachkaufe was so fehlt oder kaputt ist, habe ich kurzerhand für 25 € im black friday Dosen Schirm in weiß gekauft .Er ist leichtgängig und wirkt stabil auch bei einen kleinen Test scheint das Doppeldach etwas zu bewirken.Ja, ich wohne zum glück an einer Küste die sich über Kilometer erstreckt und hoch über den Meeresspiegel liegt. Ich war da sehr oft spazieren, doch jetzt gehe ich mal dahin wenn es so richtig stürmt, der Wind ist dort extrem stark da er über das wasser peitscht.Da ja viele hier schreiben ein Sturm hält er nicht aus und die nähte würden sich lösen.Würde gerne wissen welche sturmstärke das war, ich kann's ja bald selber testen.Das die nähte aufgehen kann ich nachvollziehen, wenn es soweit ist (ja ich kann nähen) gelbe ich die stellen oben mir Sekunden Kleber fest!Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist das der Schirm natürlich nicht so glatt ist sondern falten hat.Eventuell glätten diese sich noch, ansonsten passt er wie immer super in die Tasche rein und durch die weiße Farbe und die größe werde ich den Schirm sicher jetzt häufiger verwenden!Ich kann ja updaten nachdem ich mehrfach oben war..
Ürün fiyat dengesi çok iyi
Ürün oldukça kaliteli, dikişleri, mekanizması sağlam gözüküyor. Ortalama bir ağırlığı var, hafif diyemeyiz, ağır da değil. Açılma ve katlanma güzel. Ahşap tutamağı şık. Tavisye ederim. Kullandıkça da görmek lazım, bir problem olursa yazacağım.

Beau parapluie et assez grand.
Très bien, la couleur est belle. Il est assez grand ! Je l'ai essayé ce jour par fort temps de pluie.Le parapluie s'est retourné sur lui-même, mais il y à une façon de bien le tenir pour que ça n'arrive pas. C'est quand même noté "anti retournement" !!!Sinon rien à dire. Il à l'air solide au niveau du manche ! La pochette est équipée d'une fermeture éclair. À voir dans le temps !

Amazing Umbrella. Love that the button not only opens it but extends it from the handle too. And really is windproof, strong wind blew it and it kept its shape perfectly, no going inside out like all other makes would have. It looks truly so expensive, classy and beautiful!
