Super Trainingsgerät – motiviert richtig zum Springseil-Training
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Springseil. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Griffe liegen angenehm in der Hand. Besonders praktisch finde ich den integrierten Zähler im Griff – dadurch kann man seine Sprünge direkt sehen und das Training besser verfolgen.Auch die Verbindung mit der App funktioniert gut und macht das Ganze noch motivierender, weil man seine Fortschritte sehen kann. Für das tägliche Training zu Hause oder auch für ein kurzes Workout zwischendurch ist es wirklich ideal.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Seil verstellbar ist und man es dadurch gut an die eigene Körpergröße anpassen kann. Das Training fühlt sich damit sehr angenehm und flüssig an.Insgesamt ein sehr durchdachtes und praktisches Fitnessgerät für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Das Springseil funktioniert, praktisch wenn man keine hohe Decke hat. App funktioniert super und ist mit Iphone kompatibel.
Gutes Sportgerät für drinnen.
Gutes Trainingsgerät, wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter drin Wohnzimmer die gute Auslegware nicht kaputt machen will. Das mitgelieferte ummantelte Drahtseil ist für draußen sehr gut geeignet und in der Länge verstellbar. Alles intuitiv machbar.
Motivation pur – Smartes Training auf neuem Level!
Dieses Springseil hat mein Workout komplett verändert! Die Verbindung zur App funktioniert tadellos und es ist extrem motivierend, seine Sprünge, die Zeit und die verbrannten Kalorien in Echtzeit zu sehen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Option, es „schnurlos“ mit den gewichteten Bällen zu nutzen – perfekt für das Training im Wohnzimmer, ohne die Lampe zu treffen! Das Seil ist stabil, lässt sich leicht in der Länge verstellen und die Griffe liegen dank der Beschichtung super in der Hand. Für Anfänger und Profis eine geniale Unterstützung, um am Ball zu bleiben. Absolut top!
Nur bedingt geeignet… vielleicht nur für Fortgeschrittene?
Ich habe diesen Artikel gekauft, weil ich die Idee mit den Bällen für drinnen super fand. Ich bin allerdings blutiger Anfänger. Vielleicht komme ich deswegen nicht klar.ABERWenn ich etwas kaufe, erwarte ich eine Anleitung. Und in der mitgelieferten steht zwar alles gut erklärt. Leider nur für das mitgelieferte Springseil. Wie die Bälle genutzt werden sollen, steht da leider nicht.Also YouTube Springseil für Anfänger angeschaut und einfach die Haltung und Sprünge auf das System angewendet.Ergebnis:Ich springe laut App und Gerät zwischen 168 und 202 Sprünge die Minute.Leider zählte ich jedesmal nur zwischen 30 und 48 Sprünge pro Minute.Ich behalte es aber trotzdem und gebe dem Gerät eine Chance sobald ich draußen trainieren kann. Es ist ziemlich wertig und gut durchdacht. Liegt gut in der Hand und ist sehr leicht.Sobald ich das erste Mal mit dem Seil gesprungen bin werde ich ein Update schreiben.Für Anfänger ist das System mit dem Ball eher nicht geeignet. Oder ich stelle mich einfach zu doof an. Diese Möglichkeit besteht natürlich immer :-)
