    Kann jetzt nur den Ersteindruck schildern , bei 255 mm Fuss hab ich die 265 mm gr 42 gewählt wie auch schon bei meinen Moab 3 Mid, damit ich Luft hab für bergab gehen in Wandersocken, sitzen nicht so stramm am fuss wie die moab 3 mid, aber denke Low Höhe ist halt nicht so umschliessend am Fussknöchel, Farbe pecan ist toll, sieht qualitativ hochwertig aus, Praxis Test folgt noch wenn das Wetter passt für No Membran Schuhe .Update 28.6.26:Mehrere Wandertouren damit gelaufen, unter anderem im Allgäu auf etwas mehr schwierigen Pfaden, die Sohle sieht immer noch gut aus, keine Grip Probleme, sie trock nen nach kompletter Flutung etwas langsamer wegen den dicken Polstern, viel Luft fliesst beim Gehen nicht durchs Mesh aber besser als ein Membran Schuhe bei 30 grad, ich denke ich würde ihn wieder kaufen weil er blasenfrei zig km zu bewegen ist u die Füsse nicht sehr ermüdet sind .

    This is now my third pair of Moab 3s. It might not be the best looking shoe there is, but I've tried many different hiking shoes (Columbia, Sketchers, other Merrell models, etc...), but for some reason, this is the one that I find the most comfortable. IDK, it just fits me perfectly. YMMV / I guess it really depends on the shape of your feet. Probably the only downside is that it does not look very modern or sexy.

    Die Schuhe fallen in der Länge etwas knapp aus.Die Weite ist ok.Habe das Vorgängermodell.Die Sprengung des Moab 3 ist spürbar höher, aber nur im direkten Vergleich.Man kann sagen, er ist noch etwas tourentauglicher geworden.Ansonsten, wie von Merrell gewohnt, top verarbeitet, ist sein Geld wert.

    Schöner Schuh mit begrenzter Belastbarkeit

    Das erste Modell des Moab Ventilator hat mich 10 Jahre begleitet und liegt für "Dreckarbeiten" noch immer im Schuhregal, obwohl das Profil der Sohlen mittlerweile keins mehr ist.Modell Nr. 2 fand ich am Vorderfuss zu schmal das ging gleich zurück.Nr. 3 passt wieder gut. Leider ist die Haltbarkeit nicht mehr die von vor 10 Jahren. Nach einem Jahr ist die Naht der Kappe an einer Stelle gerissen und das Obermaterial hat Löcher an den stärker beanspruchten Knickstellen.Zur Verteidigung des Schuhs muss ich sagen, dass ich ihn zum Arbeiten an Haus und Hof einsetze, dabei sehr oft im Knien und auf der Leiter. Die Belastung fällt also deutlich heftiger aus als das, für was ein "leichter Wanderschuh" ausgelegt sein dürfte.Fällt recht klein aus, das war bei den Vorgängermodellen auch schon so. Eine Nummer größer als üblich macht Sinn.

    I was already the proud owner of the Moab 2 shoe model. I can say that I will never buy any other model of hiking shoes again. The Moab 2 have lasted 2500 km and still hold up well for work in the garden and around the house. They are practically indestructible. And they are comfortable to boot.Now I have them in a set of 3: high G-tex, leather, and low regular (quick-drying).
