    The product itself is actually fine and works as expected. However, the experience with Amazon’s customer service is absolutely terrible.I’ve had repeated issues with delivery, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, nothing gets resolved. Each time I reach out, I either get ignored or given empty responses with no real solution. It feels like they simply don’t care.What’s even worse is that they keep the money without properly addressing the problem or offering any clear resolution. After several conversations, the situation remains the same — no accountability, no help.I strongly do NOT recommend ordering through Amazon.de. Based on my experience, you risk losing both your time and your money.

    Love, Love this vitamin C serum! 😍❤️❤️❤️ It actually works over time in diminishing the discoloration and lightening dark spots- a must have in the glass skin routine. It’s one of the best c serums I have ever worn alone as a serum compared to the Drunk Elephant C serum. Drunk Elephant, although more fluid like, the Goodal Tangerine C serum is definitely more of water-gel consistency but absorbs so well into the skin and does not leave a sticky texture on the skin afterwards like drunk elephant does (honestly drunk elephant works best when combined with a gel texture serum or mixed into a moisturizer imo, not alone). It’s definitely value for the money because it works better than some American c serum products plus it’s more affordable!!!
