    I have been taking these hydration sachets for several months. They are making a huge difference to my energy levels in general daily activity, provide all the electrolytes I need before and after training and come in lots of lovely flavours. Handy little sachets (although I’d much prefer a large tub to reduce waste) makes them useful to take with me to work and out for the day etc. Not cheap but comparatively inexpensive in this market.

    I was delighted to find a sugar free electrolyte. Unfortunately the amount of sweetener used makes the drink almost undrinkable. Why is it manufacturers think we need our drinks to be sweetened and have artificial flavourants for it to be palatable!

    Taste is okay but gets a bit sickly as its quite artificial. I wish it would taste like vitamin well water. It’s okay for the price and it dissolves well but you have to shake it quickly after adding otherwise it clumps inside. I can’t speak about effectiveness as no change in energy but did feel hydrated.
