Edit:Ich löse sie nun in Früchtetee auf, darin schmeckt man sie gar nicht - super!Nachdem ich meinen Körper jetzt viele Jahre mit Leitungswasser ausgelaugt hatte, und, egal, wie viel ich trank, großen Durst und einen trockenen Mund hatte, merke ich nun schon nach vier Tagen trotz niedriger Dosierung eine Wirkung. Der Durst ist natürlich noch nicht weg, aber es wird ganz langsam besser.Der Geschmack ist trotz des zarten, angenehmen Fruchtaromas etwa so, als würde man etwas wieder hochziehen (sorry dafür, aber das ist mein ehrliches Empfinden).Da aber alle diese Produkte ganz furchtbar schmecken, kann ich dafür keinen Punkt abziehen.Sehr schön ist es, dass es ohne Zucker und Süßstoff daher kommt, so kann ich es mit einem großen Schuss meines heißgeliebten Zitronensafts und flüssiger Stevia trinken. Immer nur einen Brösel pro großem Glas, so schmecke ich das kaum noch, inzwischen fast gar nicht mehr.Dafür, dass kein Natrium enthalten ist, bin ich sehr dankbar, das ist der Grund, dass ich das zu mir nehmen kann, da ich Salziges in der Regel eklig finde.Wie man das angesichts der Tatsache, dass der Deutsche im Schnitt viel zu viel Salz zu sich nimmt, bemängeln kann, ist mir nicht ganz klar, ich sehe das als großen Vorteil.Das Produkt ist verhältnismäßig preisgünstig und gut dosierbar, prima, dabei bleibe ich erstmal.Ach ja: der Zitronensaft hilft dem Körper angeblich, die Isotone optimal aus diesem und auch aus anderen, "natürlichen" Nahrungsmitteln aufzunehmen. Sehr erfrischendes und gesundes Getränk!

Finde die sind gelungen, kommt drauf an wie jeder den Geschmack möchte. Entweder mehr Wasser oder weniger. Werde ich wieder kaufen.

Etwas fader Geschmack
Rein von der Zusammensetzung, sind die HIGHFIVE vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider lässt der Geschmack zu wünschen übrig. Mit der empfohlen Dosierung, schmeckt das Getränk sehr wässrig und der ist auch nicht definierbar. Ich erhöhe die Dosierung immer auf 1,5 Tabletten auf 650ml Wasser. Damit bin ich dann zufrieden. Nochmal kaufen, werde ich sie nicht.

Schmeckt nicht zu penetrant, löst sich gut. Nutze sie beim Sport. Empfehlenswert!
Täglich 2 Liter
Ist mittlerweile zu meinem täglichen Getränk geworden, arbeite sehr viel körperlich und trainiere dazu noch. Bei 1,90 Meter und 95 Kg braucht der Körper natürlich eine gewisse Menge an Elektrolyte, die man so nicht aufnehmen kann. Bilde mir sogar ein, das ich damit weniger Kopfschmerzen habe, bzw. hatte ich diese früher immer, mittlerweile nicht mehr. Ob das davon kommt, keine Ahnung, bin kein Doktor ;-)
