    Die Handhabung ist super einfach und der Schlüssel liegt angenehm in der Hand. Wenn man sehr viel Kraft aufwenden muss, muss man die Schließe zusätzlich mit einem Finger drücken, da sonst das Gummiband nicht genügend Reibung aufbringt und sich öffnet. Ich es trotzdem geschafft, dass ich auf ein paar Zentimetern etwas Gummi vom band abgerubbelt habe. Trotzdem sehr stabil und empfehlenswert.

    Alles gut. Die Bandschlüssel erfüllen ihren Zweck. Rutschen auch nicht durch. Auch für kritische optische Teile verwendbar. Da sie aus Kunststoff und Gummi sind, gibt es keine Markierungen durch die Bandschlüssel.Das einlegen der Gummibänder ist etwas problematisch, wenn man diese "blind" einlegen muss, z.B. wenn die Montagestelle nicht 100% zum einsehen ist. Aber es geht.

    Ich habe diesen Bandschlüssel Set gekauft um KG Rohre handlicher ineinander oder auseinander zu stecken.Aber es funktioniert nicht wie ich es wollte, gefühlt bekomme ich keinen gripp auf das Gummi, oder von der Spannkraft reicht es nicht aus, so dass es immer wieder rausrutscht.Ansonsten für leichtere Arbeiten sicherlich Ok.

    Zum Öffnen von Flaschen mit kleinen, festsitzenden Schraubdeckeln, Konservengläsern und bei Reparaturen kratzempfindlicher Sanitärtechnik ist es sehr gut geeignet. Gerade in der Küche hat es sich bewährt, da ich schon lange nach einer praktischen Lösung für all die nur mit Gewalt zu öffnenden Deckel gesucht hatte.Das Material macht einen wertigen Eindruck, aber überlasten sollte man es sicher nicht. Für höhere Kräfte würde man eher auf Rohrzangen oder Schlüssel mit einer Metallkette zurückgreifen.

    An beiden Griffen ist an der Kule wo der Daumen anliegt eine Rauhe schlecht gegossene farblose Stelle. Dies stellt einen Produktionsmangel dar. Desweiteren riecht das bewegliche Gummi sehr Stark unangenehm.Der Geruch ist so ekeleregend und beissend in der Luft sodass ein gefühl von Atemnot und eine starke Übelkeit mit Unwohlsein entsteht!! Auch die Augen wirken nach kurzer Aussetzung mit dem Produkt in der Hand trocken und gereizt.

    I mostly use these in the kitchen for bottles and jars. They work as described and make the task of opening tight jars a lot easier. Now that I have them, I use them almost daily. Great addition to my utility drawer.

    genuine design improvement - much easier where access is tight

    These are much easier to use with restricted access and/or one-handed than the simple ones where the strap is jammed by serrations in the reaction face of the handle, and thus flops about and slips until it has a working load on it. The use of a pivoted cam to jam the strap on these wrenches makes them much more effective, and also should be better than the ones with a side trigger: although as easy to position initially as these ones, they probably aren't as effective at jamming up as you put load on.Both items seem well-manufactured: the cam pivot is an obvious potential weak point but if well designed the load in it should be self limiting; I've given 5 stars for sturdiness for now but if this is a problem I'll let you know...I wish they were sold singly: the small one is particularly useful (I bought 2 sets in order to get 2 of these) so given that these are expensive compared to the opposition its a bit of a waste of money having to buy big and small together if you don't really need the big one. It looks like the same design is starting to become available cheaper under different branding, so we'll see if they also get unbundled.
