      Ich liebe diese Regenjacke. Sie ist absolut dicht und durch die vielen Gummizüge echt gut einstellbar.Man muss beim Kauf wissen, dass sie extrem dünn ist. Da ich sie hauptsächlich im Sommer auf dem Fahrrad brauche, ist sie für mich perfekt.Für den kühlen Herbst/Winter selbst mit Zwiebellook darunter noch recht frisch.

      I'm a bike courrier and have been buying this jacket for the past three years (lost last 2/3 bought) Well worth extra for the storm flap over the main zip. Would recommend a loose fit for breathability if physically active.Vents with correct layering mean very breathable and don't get wet from underneath when performing arduous physical activity.Only complaint are that the velcro on the wrist is the first thing to go. I also never put anything in the pockets as those zips are also not too sturdy, but bear in mind my equipment gets used heavily on a daily basis, 'll use it for over half the days a year and unzip/zip up my pockets 50-100 times a day, so it gets pushed to the max. The price has nearly doubled too but I'm still happy to pay it.Make sure to re-waterproof, as you should with any rain jacket, every two to three month's atleast.

      I haven’t used it yet as it is a gift, but looking at the quality it looks very good.I didn’t give it five stars because I bought another jacket from another brand where I find the quality to be just a little bit better and due to some functionality that is missing here like a double zipper

      Die Jacke ist prima. Sehr angenehm zu tragen und durch die Lüftung unter den Armen ist auch keine Staunässe von innen zu merken.Die Jacke lässt sich in einer der Taschen (Netzstoff) "verstauen" und ist damit ziemlich klein (20x10x5cm) und gut im Rucksack o.ä. unterzubringen. Es gibt zusammengepackt nicht die Möglichkeit sich die Jacke umzubinden, dafür hat man aber beide großen Taschen ohne "Balast" zur Verfügung. Rundum tolle Regen- und Windjacke.

      I bought this jacket for the multi-day trip to remote parts of Northern Scandinavia. And, oh man, I have made a huge mistake by doing this.Marmot Precip was the only rain jacket I had while staying in remote wilderness. And it kept me WET all the time while it was raining. I had to stay in a tent for 4 days (out of 15 days in total) because I was unable to move in the rainy weather. By the way, my food resources were drained to the bottom because of this.So, if you live in a city and want to go to the nearest Starbucks, you might get it to protect you against the wind at most. But if you are going to remote areas, PLEASE, DO NOT RELY ON THIS JACKET. Take my advice, it might save your life.And some word for MARMOT. Stop making crappy gear. Please give me your company address, I will pack this jacket and send back to you so you can shove it deep where it fits the best. I was hoping at least for a modest equipment from such company, but now I totally lost my trust in you. Saying that, naming a jacket as 'Precip', you expect a certain degree of protection against the elements. But there was none. So F you.P.S. By the way, my wife wore the same jacket (smaller size) with similar results. Marmot should really consider to discontinue the production of crappy gear.

      Ich habe die Jacke zum Radfahren als Überziehjacke gekauft. Entsprechend auch eine Nummer größer und obwohl ich mit meinen 130 kg etwas fülliger bin passt sie mir sehr gut und die sitzt auch gut. Ist wirklich jeden Euro wert. Fühlt sich auch sehr hochwertig an.17

      This jacket is not as water proof as I was hoping. It’s fairly well made and a good jacket as a windbreaker or as an additional layer, but it won’t keep your base layers dry, even in a light drizzle.

      La giacca è molto più leggera di quella che avevo già acquistata, di colore diverso, va bene per le passeggiate estive in montagna, ma non per l’uso in questa stagione autunnale in città. L’ho tenuta comunque per il colore che mi piace, pensando di utilizzarla in futuro.
