    I have put this on my car sports seats near the back as although I have fully adjustable seats I found that my hips were always leaning back too far wherever I put the seat. It’s definitely helped with lower back pain and hip too. Lessens the angle between your upper and lower body when seated. If that makes any sense! It’s quite pricey for what it is (and it seems small too) but I couldn’t find anything else solid enough to work in the same way so it’s been worth it. Fitted my mini 2009 cooper d seat which is great as as it’s kind of got side cushions on the base. The foam doesn’t squash into non existence when sat on which is what you need.
