Tefal quality
An excellent item, the quality of the glazing on the cast iron is something to be noted. Very expensive, but with proper care should easily pass on to the next generation !
Super Topf für 1/3 des UVP
Die Qualität des Topfes ist extrem hochwertig und er kostete nur 1/3 vom UVP. Nachteilig wirkt sich nur das hohe Gewicht aus, aber das ist natürlich normal bei Gusseisen. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit dem Kauf, endlich mal in Topf, der wirklich etwas taugt.

Habe ihn mir direkt in 2 Größen gekauft für Sachen wie zb Gulasch oder Rouladen. Das Fleisch lässt sich toll antraten und wird super zart 👍🏻Einziges Manko ist das sauber machen da er nicht in die spülmaschine darf und schon sehr schwer ist. Da muss mein Mann ran 😅

The cast iron pot looks good and does its job, but unfortunately it started showing signs of oxidation within only a few months - disappointing.

Preis ist in Ordnung und die Qualität wie erwartet.Der Topf ist schwer und stabil. Temperaturverteilung passt.Wenn die Beschichtung hält dann war es eine gute Wahl.

Superbe cocotte
Je en vois pas comment etre dèçu de cette cocotte.Déja c'est une Tefal, les finitions sont très bonnes, elle présente vraiment bien et ca donne un coté sympa a utiliser.J'aime beaucoup cette couleur, mais ca c'est très personnel.Totalement en fonte, sans être le plus grand écologiste sur terre c'est plutot cool de voir qu'elle est a 97% d'acier recyclé. Garantie 20 ans et fait avec des pigments "sains" pour la cuisine il n'y a rien a redire.Pour la taille, je trouve que ca convient bien pour une famille et des volailles classiques. Elle est lourde, mais c'est normal pour ce type de cocotte.Pour une grosse pintade, je prendrai volontiers la taille au dessus.En tout cas, j'ai plaisir a cuisiner avec.
Pour un mode de cuisson à l’ancienne … et sain !
Ça y’est… la célèbre marque T. Se range du côté vintage en sortant une gamme de cocottes offrant une cuisson saine grâce à des matériaux qui ont fait leurs preuves depuis for longtemps chez les deux grandes marques concurrentes S. Et Le C.Résultat : une bonne copie ! Avec de la fonte d’acier, un revêtement céramique sans cadmium ni plomb et un couvercle avec picots pour un arrosage lent et efficace des préparations en cuisson lente …Je cuisine depuis une bonne quarantaine d’année avec cette méthode … et on obtient d’excellents résultats, il faut juste comprendre comment ça fonctionne et c’est parfait !Le matériau est très lourd mais efficace et super résistant … du bon gros matos indispensable quand on aime la bonne et vraie cuisine.NB : le nettoyage ne pose pas de problème … ne pas se fier à l’aspect après cuisson … c’est normal et surtout récupérable ;) !
