    Decent face wash with a slightly unique smell

    Used it a few times now. Skin feels like it’s had a good cleaning, and a little goes a long way.It’s not a massive bottle so not sure how long it will last but feels like a quality face wash.My only slight reservation is that it has a particular smell. Hard to describe but it’s slightly off putting for me, others may appreciate it.

    This cleanser has a light, fresh scent - the listing says it's tea-tree but I'm not really getting that, for me it's more witch-hazel like. It's a light, fairly thin gel that lathers well and washes away easily leaving a light scent but no residue. My skin feels soft and supple after use - no tightness or dryness at all.Being a thin gel a little goes a long way - I used it with a silicone face scrubber and a pea sized blob of gel was plenty.The gel feels very good quality - it has all the botanical goodies I like such as liquorice, arnica and horse chestnut and I think it's ideal for daily use as it doesn't feel at all harsh to me. My husband sometimes sneaks some of my facial cleansers and I think this is one he'll be sneaking fairly frequently.The packaging is pleasingly minimal and almost medical-looking - it looks more professional than merely cosmetic and looks like it belongs in my bathroom.At £11 for 150ml (as at 30 November 2025) this isn't cheap, but since a little goes a long way I think it will be very economical. Definitely worth consideration.
