    Works great on my skin, beware of the smell and texture

    I really like this product. It works wonders on my skin (28M), brightens it and make it more even.Just be aware that the texture is very watery and not "gel-like" at all. The smell is also pretty strong and surprising, not very pleasant, but it goes away once dried so I have nothing to complain about.

    The first thing that stood out to me was the smell of coffee. It felt like I was rubbing coffee on my face. The ingredients reveal that it contains caffeine and that explains the small. I loved the effect and the difference I saw on my skin. I have completely changed all my skin care products to Cosrx and noticed that my skin is no longer breaking out as terribly as it used to. Thanks to the lightweight formula.

    Leider verdorbenes Produkt erhalten – potenziell gefährlichBeim Öffnen des Vitamin-C-Serums trat ein ungewöhnlicher Dampf aus, begleitet von einem sehr unangenehmen, scharf-sauren Geruch. Zusätzlich gab es ein auffälliges Geräusch beim Öffnen, was auf einen möglichen Druckaufbau im Behälter hindeutet. Kurz nach dem Kontakt entwickelte sich bei mir eine leichte Hautrötung im Gesicht. Das Serum wirkt verdorben oder chemisch instabil – für ein Hautpflegeprodukt absolut inakzeptabel und potenziell gesundheitsschädlich. Ich habe es natürlich sofort abgesetzt. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung.

    Did Cerave Vitamin C at the beginning for about 3 months. After which I felt ready for straight ascorbic acid but at a strength that wasn’t too radical. Did not sting, was not reactive (which was great for sensitive skin) and appears to be working well. A bit inconvenient with storing it in the fridge. Other than that, perhaps I am a freak cos most everyone has complained about the aroma of this product, but I love it because I know I am putting on the real thing. Sides, the smell of canned tuna doesn’t stay with you, it dissipates rather quickly. Highly recommend.
