Nach kurzer Kommunikation wurde mir umgehend ein Ersatz zugesendet, ohne dass ich den defekten Artikel zurückschicken musste.So einen zuverlässigen und kundenorientierten Service erlebt man nicht oft. Poor oil paint quality

The easel is sturdy and excellent value for money, and the brushes and paper are surprisingly good quality for the price. On first impression, I was genuinely delighted with the overall set.However, there is a serious issue with the oil paints themselves.When applied to canvas, the pigment separates noticeably and does not mix properly. Instead of blending smoothly as oil paints should, the colour appears uneven and inconsistent, making them very difficult to work with.Even more concerning, white spirit and linseed oil do not remove the pigment from the brushes. This strongly suggests that these are not true oil paints, as genuine oil paints should respond to these solvents without issue.Unfortunately, because of the paint quality, the set is not usable for its intended purpose. I would not recommend this product if you are specifically looking for proper oil paints.

Eine schöne Staffelei mit Ölmalfarben. Ein Stern Abzug, da die Flügelmutter, zur Befestigung der Staffelei, gefehlt hat. Lässt sich aber ersetzen.

Sehr gute Qualität für den Preis. Dann is auch die Box oder auch stativ, sehr schön verarbeitet. Leider sind die Farben schon verbraucht aber das liegt am vielen malen.

Para principiantes está muy bien, es completo. Los lienzos no tienen marco de madera, son láminas gruesas y duras, pero están bien. Me han servido para pintar varios cuadros, viene tres tamaño, el pequeño es tamaño fotografía. Los colores son bonitos y variados. A mi parecer faltan colores rosados. El maletín me encanta.
